Beautiful Apartment near the old town

+ Wonderful property just outside of the old town, Only a few minutes walk to everything. The street had lovely cafes too. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully designed with an incredible view of a nearby church. It was quiet at night too. Would highly recommend!

+ La situation géographique Le niveau inférieur de l'appartement 22 est très bien agencé, volumineux et bien décoré. Literie confortable.

− La climatisation au niveau supérieur du duplex (appartement 22) ne fonctionnait pas. D'ailleurs, un appareil faisant office de climatiseur/ventilateur, très bruyant et inefficace, se trouvait dans la chambre pour essyer de palier à cet inconfort. La climatisation au niveau inférieur n'est pas réglable: on l'éteint ou on l'allume, mais on ne la règle pas.

Super lækker lejlighed

+ Meget pæn ny lejlighed med fine faciliteter. Opvaskemaskine, kogeplader, vaskemaskine, køleskab. Lækkert badeværelse med rainshower. God beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Meget sikkert med kode på dørene. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. I soveværelset er sengen meget komfortabel. Man kan lukke indvendige skodder, så man kan lukke for sollys om dagen og larm fra gaden ude om natten.

− Sovesofaen i stuen er ikke særlig komfortabel og egner sig nok bedst til børn eller en enkelt overnatning. Desuden kan man ikke lukke for lys og larm fra gaden pga airconditionanlæg.

− Er was bijna nooit personeel aanwezig, als we vragen hadden moesten een bericht sturen en daar werd later pas op gereageerd

Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

+ Location

− I was disappointed with this apartment as it did not meet my expectations. The listing mentions a sofa bed, but I only later noticed in the Important Information that using it requires an extra €20 for bedding. I think this should be made more prominent, as guests would reasonably expect the sofa bed to be ready to use. There is also no cleaning service during the stay, which wasn’t clearly highlighted before booking. Customer service was disappointing, we asked for an extra duvet but were only offered another blanket, and the night staff simply told us to contact the morning staff instead of helping. We also found that the hair dryer was broken. Fortunately, we discovered this in the morning and the morning staff replaced it. However, if we had found out in the evening, we would likely have had to wait until the next morning, as the night staff didn’t seem able to assist with these kinds of issues. The hot water was another issue. After the first person showered, the second only had lukewarm water. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

+ De appartementen zijn prachtig, alles is schoon en zodra je binnenkomt ruikt het heerlijk. De ligging is perfect, niet in de drukte maar je loopt zo de mooie straatjes in. Als er iets is kun je appen, de service is top. Kortom; een echte aanrader als je een mooi plekje in Malaga zoekt.

− Helaas deed de airconditioning het niet maar daar werden we van tevoren al op de hoogte over gebracht en ze boden ons een fijn alternatief aan.

Excellent apartment but nothing worked!

+ Great location. Apartment was a great size and very clean and neat. Reception were available for any queries.

− most of the appliances in the apartment did not work or were broken. Loft air conditioning not working and unable to be fixed during our stay. We were there during a 35 degree heat wave and my son had to sleep on the couch. Oven did not work, (although staff did try and trouble shoot this for us but to no avail) which made it impossible to self cater. Toaster was broken and had to be replaced. Safe did not work. Staff however, were lovely.

+ Location was good, beds comfortable and the terrace was nice to have.

− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several basic items and maintenance issues that were not addressed. Customer service was very poor. There was a lack of tea/coffee supplies provided, and essential items such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and kitchen cloths were missing. The terrace chairs would also benefit from cushions, as they were uncomfortable to use for any length of time. A broken light in the bathroom was reported immediately on arrival, yet it was never repaired. Communication and follow-up were lacking throughout our stay.

Buono ma dovrebbe essere più generosi

+ Struttura molto pulita, in zona centralissima. L‘appartmento era spazioso e con un buon sistema di insonorizzazione.

− Tutto quello che chiedi extra all‘appartmento viene fatto pagare: colazione (abbiamo ricevuto solo due cialde), lenzuola extra per dormire nel divano letto,welcome kit per nostra honeymoon. Niente viene dato gratuitamente.
