Beatriz Charming Hostal

+ Struttura davvero ottima, perfetta per chi vuole godersi sia il mare che il centro. La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben tenuta. Una menzione speciale va al personale: sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura e, cosa davvero molto apprezzata, ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia prima di partire. Un servizio fantastico che, soprattutto nelle località di mare, dovrebbero offrire tutte le strutture! Piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza e dimostrano una grande cura verso gli ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo sicuramente. Super consigliato!

− Por decir algo malo, justo al lado hay un edificio en obras y a las 8 de la mañana ya están dando golpes.

Restful and close to the beach

+ La habitación super limpia, cama muy cómoda y todo muy completo. Muy cerca de la playa. Recepcionista FABULOSO, nos subió todo el equipaje y muy amable y atento, nos permitió asearnos antes del regreso, un encanto. Volveremos

+ La reserva fue para mis padres y han salido encantados. La habitación cumple, la localización es buenísima y el personal muy agradable. La calidad precio lo merece. Es totalmente recomendable!

Great stay at the Beatriz Charming Hostal

+ First and foremost the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even before I arrived they contacted me, giving me directions and video instructions which were very clear and straightforward. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, from a small kitchenette, a great shower, and most importantly a super comfortable bed! The hotel was perfectly located, next to a local supermarket and pharmacy, and directly across from the beach. There were lots of places to eat and drink nearby too! Hector and Pedro were great hosts who were always on hand if I needed anything, even helping me with directions to local amenities, and storing my luggage after I had checked out as my flight home wasn't' until later that day. Overall a 10/10 experience for me, and I'll definitely stay here again!

− There wasn't anything about the hotel that I didn't like. There was construction going on in an adjacent building during my stay, this was occasionally noisy in the morning but this wasn't any fault of the hotel and would be something out with their control. Overall though this wasn't a huge issue anyway.

Friendly staff and great location!

+ Great location, just a few meters from the beach. Amazing and receptive staff. Nice facilities. Great restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect

+ Everything was perfect, from booking to arriving to leaving. I was sent a WhatsApp before arrival with 2 videos showing me the location and how to get into the property with a code (I arrived very late) Pedro was very friendly and helpful, not always at reception but told me he was available 24/7 on WhatsApp. The room was huge, had everything you could need. A little kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, toaster, etc. Bathroom was also big. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. There was also a little balcony with table and chairs. When was checking out, I was informed I could store my luggage until I was ready to go to the airport. They also gave me access to a room with a bathroom for showering/changing. Pedro then called me a Taxi and went with me to wait for it. Location was amazing, just across from the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. All in all I was very happy and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay, and would definitely book again, but try and get a larger room.

+ The location is great and very close to the beach. The steps to the town are a little bit challenging, especially in the hot weather, but saying that, I managed it every evening. There is a lift available, but sometimes you have to queue, depending of the time of day. The room was small, but had everything we needed or a short stay. The cleanliness could not be faulted, which is very important.

− The bathroom was very small and also the balcony, but nothing can be done about that and we knew this before arrival
