Una área muy tranquila en una ciudad tan intensa

+ El área donde se encuentra el hotel es muy tranquila y relajada. El personal del hotel siempre fueron muy atentos especialmente durante el desayuno. La habituación que da a el patio interior es más linda que las que dan a la calle tiene mucho más espacio y es más acogedora.

− Todo estuvo muy bien en el Unterkunft. Lo único que no me gustó fue cuando pedí que llamaran un Taxi para que nos recoge por la mañana para ir a la estación de tren en Paris Nord. El Taxista cuando estábamos llegando a la estación dijo que no aceptaba tarjetas y solo efectivo, que no fue ningún problema. El problema fue cuando llegamos a la estación unos minutos antes el cambio el taxímetro se 22 euros a 38 euros. Hablando muy fuerte y tocando su taxímetro. Al final paramos y nos dejó salir en una esquina a una cuadra de la estación. Yo les recomiendo que si piden un Taxi en el hotel que verifiquen que sea una compañía honesta.

Nice hotel close to a metro station.

+ close to metro station, restaurants and stores nearby, good quality bedding and furniture, very friendly staff. We did not pay for breakfast, but they had a great selection.

− the room is very small, needs some renovation, no locked space for luggage storage (although it is possible to leave it there). we stayed in the location because of an event, but might be far for someone who wants to be close to central Paris.

Adequate but rather over priced.

+ Location is excellent. It was quiet. Comfortable bed.

− Fridge was empty. No milk to go with a coffee you could make with a machine and no cold water. Electricity stopped working at one point.

+ I loved the location and the staff. Only a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is safe and everyone is friendly. The staff were the best! Extremely helpful and friendly. A very relaxing experience!! I plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Paris.

quiet hotel in the middle of bustling Paris, great AC

+ This is a nice hotel, located two steps away from a metro station and around 15 minute walk from OECD quarters. Rooms are nice and air conditioning worked impeccably (which was very important during the heat wave). Breakfast is also nice although a little overpriced in my view. I liked the light solutions in the room, there were even two spots in the ceiling, which is a rarity for hotel rooms in general.

− The bathroom was quite small, and even worse, the entrance to the bathroom was made narrower because of a protruding wardrobe in the corridor. I literally had to squeeze myself through each time I had to get into the bathroom/wc (admitted, I'm not a small person, but still, the bathroom entrance was exceptionally small too). Further, the antisplash wall in the bathtub was way too short, would be nice if it could be extended. In the current construction I was ending up with all splashes on the floor, but luckily a rug-towel was provided to collect those.

Un art de bien vivre et de recevoir dans un lieu de haute culture

+ Je suis allée dans cet hôtel pour échapper à des températures extrêmes dans mon logement, je cherchais principalement une bonne climatisation et un emplacement proche de la nature pour plus de fraîcheur (ici le bois de s Boulogne), de la villa La Roche de Lecorbusier et du métro (à 10 mètres), j’y ai trouvé tout cela avec une climatisation individuelle réglable, une literie irréprochable, mais aussi un hôtel tenu par une famille d’esthètes férus d’architecture et d’art, un petit déjeuner exceptionnel, entièrement bio (ce qui est très rare) et un accueil très attentionné et personnel.

− Une partie du personnel est encore en formation, mais de bonne volonté il sera très vite au niveau. L’établissement forme de nombreux jeunes, ce qui est à saluer.

+ Hôtel et chambres soigneusement décorés, personnel très aimable, chambre avec vue sur cour très agréable.

− Aucune patère ou autres pour accrocher les serviettes de bain dans une sdb très jolie mais très (trop) étroite (crochets dans la douche pas pratiques), placard pour suspendre les habits très petit aussi.

− Το προσωπικό αγενέστατο με χρέωσαν το πρωινό χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν ενώ ήταν στην τιμή. Με ειρωνευόταν πραγματικά δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόσο απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ενώ πλήρωνα τόσα χρήματα. Το δωμάτιο ακραία μικρό δεν χώραγε ούτε η βαλίτσα
