− Nada todo super mal que llegamos al piso y con dos niños quedé tirada porque ya estaba ocupado y no lo avisan llegan ala ciudad que no era nuestra

Nos gustó pero es verdad que escribimos y no se preocuparon de preguntar que había pasado y si ya estaba bien todo

+ Las vistas eran muy buenas y la ubicacion también

− No funcionaba alguna persiana, se nos fue la luz y no entendíamos qué pasaba, hasta que nos dimos cuenta de que era por un sensor de una puerta que da a la terraza, tuvimos que dejarla abierta todos los días porque si no saltaba el diferencial

− Buongiorno 1) la casa era sporca le allego le foto di quanto riscontrato oltre ai pavimenti che non posso evidenziare in foto I vetri del salotto difficile vedere fuori Dei peli nella vasca da bagno della camera padronale, trapuntini macchiati di sangue e altro (tutto evidenziato nelle foto) 2) siamo 9 la casa era preparata per 8 quindi divano letto non fatto 3) il materasso del divano letto era in condizioni igieniche aberranti )vedi foto) 4) il letto della penultima camera del corridoio ha un materasso in cui è impossibile dormire si inclina perché sfondato e il letto cigola fastidiosamente ad ogni movimento 5) la tapparella del salotto è rotta quindi abbiamo dovuto costruire una barricata di cuscini e d asciugamani per poter far dormire una persona sul divano letto (peraltro scomodissimo anche per un bambino) Non era certamente quanto ci aspettavamo da questa casa come descritta sul sito Abbiamo avuto tutti problemi ad essere a nostro agio con la casa in quelle Condizioni Io e la mia amica abbiamo appartamenti in affitto su arbnb e mai lasceremmo i nostri ospiti con tale sporcizia e usura di materassi e ambienti

Vistas espectaculares que hace la estancia especial.

+ La terraza es lo mejor del piso, amplio y con unas vistas espectaculares, es lo mejor del apartamento, también tiene 4 habitaciones y 3 baños que hace que sea muy cómodo para todos. Las camas son muy cómodas, todas las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y la sala espaciosa.

− El check in a las 17.00 es un poco tarde, te obliga a pagar parking en otro lado, también podría haber algunos básicos para no tener que comprar tantas cosas para pocos días, no había servilletas, papel de cocina, paños, azucar, sal, aceite, cosas básicas que estaría bien tenerlas. Se echaba en falta tener papelera en los baños.

+ Eine super tolle Terrasse mit wirklich toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist groß und die Lage gut.

− Die Wohnung benötigt ein wenig Instandhaltung - eine Badezimmertür ging während des Aufenthaltes kaputt und ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen (das problem wurde behoben), ein Rohr war verstopft, die Fenster waren nicht wirklich geputzt, ... Die Wohnung ist toll, bedarf aber etwas Pflege.

Schöner Ausblick, aber leider nicht mehr!

+ Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Leuchtturm war außergewöhnlich.

− Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber geputzt und die Ankündigung einer "liebevoll hergerichteten Wohnung" war in keinster Weise zutreffend. Die Glasscheiben im Wohnzimmer waren trüb, die Balkonbrüstung total verdreckt und eine Scheibe war nicht mehr verankert, die Zigaretten der Vorgänger im Blumenkübel, zu wenig Spülmaschinentabs, zu wenig Gläser, schmutziges Besteckt und klebrige Griffe in der Küche, Handtuchhalter, die aus der Wand hingen, etc. Die Liste könnte noch etwas weiter geführt werden. Schade, denn die Erwartungen von der Beschreibung und den Bildern wurden nicht erfüllt!

+ Bom espaço, quartos confortáveis, suites e banheiros, cozinha bem equipada, vista maravilhosa do oceano, torre de Hércules

The location and space is great however the penthouse was really lacking with kitchen essentials.

+ Excellent location with a beautiful coastal view. Spacious penthouse and rooms. Free parking also a plus. Bathroom towels, soap and shampoo were provided. Plates, utensils & samples of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper were also provided. Refrigerator, washer and dryer available were are a great touch.

− No kitchen soap, sponge, dishwasher soap nor napkins were provided. Impossible to wash or dry plates and utensils. Had to go out and buy these basic essential items as they should be included in any apartment. Advised owner, they replied that there should have been a bag with dishwasher soap (it was not provided) and they did not bother to correct the issue or follow up for that matter. Cooking pans were in pretty bad shape and were all lopsided.

Lovely apartment , spacious , but part of a residential complex

+ Location excellent beside the beach , apartment itself was lovely .

− It’s part of a residential complex . Tv on playing charades and complaint about the noise . It’s really a pity but did spoil our family holiday as couldn’t relax after that . Blinds were electric and stuck in one of the rooms . Door access supposed to be electronic and broken .

− The place was filthy. You were unable to control the heat. We would have turned it off, instead we boiled alive. Dirty showers, mildew on the bathtub, and nasty pillows. Was not worth over $1000

Incredible views, lovely apartment.

+ Great that the apartment could be accessed with door codes - made things so much easier. And what an amazing view from the terrace!! Bus stop just a few steps away, if needed. Had a couple of issues but excellent customer service by the agents and quickly resolved.

− There were no hand towels provided, just bath towels - as we weren't at maximum capacity we just used the additional towels as hand towels. Having bins in the bathrooms would be really useful. Also could really do with a few coasters to protect the tables.

− the windows were very dirty you could hardly see out. the dishwasher didn’t work, and it was sparsely decorated
