− The attention of the host, the bathroom was outdated and not very clean. The dishes and glasses were a mic and match. The towels were old and not in great shape.

− I salle de bains pour 3 chambres Escalier int et ext escarpes sans rembarde. Photos pas contractuelles. Literies sommaires. Piscine couleur verdatre Entre 4 murs sans vue sur la mer.

− El aire acondicionado no funcionava bién pasamos calor en las habitaciones, estaria bién si hubieran ventiladores de techo.

Appartement correspond à la description et aux photos. Mention spéciale à Maria et à sa bonne humeur

+ Idéalement situé, appartement lumineux et spacieux. Literie impeccable. L'accueil de Maria et sa disponibilité. Parking gratuit à 5 mn à pied. Proche de la plage et des commerces.

− Climatisation bruyante. L'appartement est très bien équipé en éléctroménager (grand frigo, plaque induction, micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge) mais manque de couverts et de vaisselle (grande casserole, saladier, couverts). L'annonce précise un parking mais la rue est difficilement accessible pour une grosse voiture donc quid de l'accès au parking.

+ situation geographique ideale pour visiter cadaques, avec parking ce qui est un gros point fort.

+ Nos ha gustado todo! Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de los apartamentos. Son ideales para estar con familia y amigos. Mayra y la Propiedad han sido fantásticos en todo momento. Muchísimas gracias por todo y esperamos volver muy pronto.

Perfect location for a stay in gorgeous Cadeques!

+ Clean and well situated. Kitchen had everything you need to hang in, yet it was a short walk into town. Mayra, the property manager, was absolutely fabulous- so helpful and kind!

− The pool could have been cleaner as algae was growing in it.

− Servei millorable. En tots els hotels i apartaments és habitual que el dia de sortida es pugui fer us de les instal.lacions comunes un cop alliberada l’habitació. En aquests apartaments no ens han permès fer us de la piscina comunitària el dia de sortida a partir de les 11h del matí.

+ Hem popgut teletreballar cada dia sense problema. Molt tranquil I amb bona connexió wifi

Gut, pero no vayáis con una furgoneta grande, u os cortareis las venas.

+ La piscina da mucho juego y la cocina era perfecta, grande y equipada. Todo muy nuevo. Las camas, muy buenas. La única ducha era grande, espaciosa, lo que es de agradecer. Bis la playa, un pequeño paseo andando.

− Esperábamos 2 bJahre con ducha y solo había uno, y un baño pequeño con retrete y lavabo, y éramos 6 personas. El acceso es TERRIBLE para una furgoneta (tipo Mercedes V220). De hecho, NO CABE POR LA CALLE de entrada al apartamento, que viene ab la playa. Y eso, nos lo tenían que haber avisado, porque es decisivo para elegir el apartamento o no. Falta luz en la terraza exterior.

− Le fait de ne pas avoir eu notre réservation le premier jour et qu on a été mis dans deux hotels séparé car vous avez fait une erreur. Que nous n'avons pas pu profitez en famille car séparer la première nuit des frais de petit déjeuner et repas du soir en plus car nous avions pris pour déjeuner et nous comptions manger aussi le soir. Que l appartement sous les litlits très sale ( photos à l appui). Beaucoup de problème car nous n avions pas reçu de confirmation pour le deuxième hôtel donc on a essayé d appeler et on a plu rentrée au bout d' une heure 30 soit très tard du coup le soir de notre arrivée. Qu on a du garder nos bagages faire de la marche pour aller aux voitures attendre du coup sur place pour reccup appartement à 12h donc repartir aux voitures pour reprendre les bagages et partir à l'appartement qui une fois sur place n était pas fini d être nettoyer. On a du attendre que se soit fait pour mettre a l intérieur nos valises et enfin partir soit pas avant 13 H30 On nous donne deux clés une de l appartement et une du portail d en bas et quand on revient pour manger surprise aucune des clés ne fonctionne. Mon conjoint a du passer le bras par le trou du portail pour ouvrir de l intérieur. Si on demandait pas avant de partir la femme de ménage avait oublié de donner les draps pour le lit du canapé. Nous n avons pas pu profité comme nous le souhaitions de l appartement de la piscine plus les repas que nous avons pris dehors qui n était pas prévu au si que l énorme temps que nous avons perdu tout ça pour trois jours même pas sur place. Nous demandons le remboursement de la première nuit ainsi que le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir nous avons gardé les tickets C est juste honteux

+ Väldigt mysigt ställe, åker gärna tillbaka. Trevlig terrass och härligt med pool. Bra klimatanläggning i lägenheten.

− Köksutrustning (skärbrädor, kaffebryggare, grytor som släppte teflonflagor) för detta pris förväntade jag mig att kunna laga mat och frukost utan problem.

− The booking and communication was done by email with no mention of Ck in which is done through WhatsApp.We contacted a person who’s number was on the outside sign. We were lucky to find someone on the street who spoke Spanish to communicate our problem. I must also suggest more information about the complexity of the narrow street access, we literally had 3 inches on either side after moving the rear view mirrors in. We never used the car after. The washer was not operating ( the host did arrange us to use the apartment next door) no soap in shower, no coffee, very inconvenient.

− I did not like the check in with Mayra. She was not welcoming at all. We arrived just 10 min late because of traffic, and she gave us the keys very fast without showing the apartment well, and we could not even Parking the car properly before she left, just because she complaint about we arrived late. She is not nice at all. That generates bad image before enter in the apartment. In addition there is a lack of many things in the apartment: no serviettes, no Kitchen paper, no hand diswasher, ...

Not worth the amount of money you pay, very poor cleanliness standard

− We found the apartment quite dirty. We had to clean for 3 hours before using it. Floors dirty, kitchen very dirty (even insects in drawers), you could not use the pottery as it was very dirty and old, oven was quite disgusting, the answer from building care taker when we said we could not use the oven in such stage was: it's been dirty for very long you can not clean it anymore (and guess what: we managed to clean it with the special oven spray and a bit of patience). Room wardrobes were also dirty (Smelly and even quite a lot of hairs in shelves). By the way: we asked the owner and building care taker when we arrived if they could clean the apartment again as this was not the cleanliness standard we expected but got no reply, no help, no reaction. Pool was quite dirty unless the pool caretaker was there on the day, he cleaned it but next day would be dirty again (It even got green some days). The deck chairs by the pool are also very dirty & old. Double bed in double room is very small for 2 people.

Brilliant visit to beautiful Cadaques.

+ We had a great stay at Masnou Apartments. Joan sent me messages to show us exactly how to find the apartments and was waiting for us when we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay - thank you Joan. The apartment was so clean, comfortable and light. It is only 5mins walk from the centre which was brilliant however was still so quiet and peaceful despite Cadaques being very busy. We were able to walk everywhere, including the Dali house, which was just 10-15mins up a steep hill and down the otherside. Would definitely stay again.
