Great apartment, excellent location

+ Great air-conditioned apartment with lots of space. Central location.

Muy recomendable.

+ En general todo muy bien. Céntrico, se aparca bien, esta muy bien equipado, y bien de precio. La atención, muy buena.

+ Host molto disponibile e gentile. Posizione perfetta. Casa spaziosa con diverse stanze. Doppio bagno. Gentilezza proprietaria ci ha lasciato acqua e frutta molto apprezzato e utile

− Molto Rumorose le camere da letto poiché danno sulla strada

+ La ubicación muy buena, el apartamento muy bonito y cómodo, no faltaba un detalle. Y el trato genial.

+ El trato del personal fué muy bueno. La ubicación del piso es estupenda.

− Los colchones no eran muy cómodos y la bañera estaba bastante desgastada. Todo lo demás estupendo y el piso grande.

+ Der Empfang, die Sauberkeit, die Nähe zu guten Restaurants.

− Die Matratzen, 2 waren einigermaßen gut Zwei waren schlecht.

+ El piso es amplio y cômodo. Encontramos todo muy limpio y ordenado. La cocina está bien equipada y Sofia, la anfitriona, nos dejó algunos detallitos como frutas y bombones de bienvenida. El ckeckin fue rápido y sus explicaciones sobre cómo aparcar los alrededor fueron muy útiles.

− Mit den Schlüsseln für die Garage und dem Lift war etwas kompliziert.

Unterkunft muy cómodo y bien situado

+ Spacious apartment with everything needed for a short stay, in a convenient position for the old town and local facilities .

− Quite a noisy position on a busy road. The ceiling light in one of the bedrooms appeared to have come loose and was a bit dangerous.

Comfortable apartment in a good location and free parking nearby

+ Good location, huge apartment for just us 2! Thoughtful welcome gift, fruit, chocs, water and good comms

− A kettle would be nice. A couple of plumbing issues, but not too inconvenient and hopefully will be sorted for next guests

9 days in Xativa..... and we will return again.

+ The host, Sofia was just amazing from the very beginning. She was more than accommodating with our arrival time and questions on parking our hire car along with giving advice of local activities and places to visit. The apartment is in a perfect location for to access the main township, restaurants & supermarkets very close. Anyone considering an extended stay should look at this property, the price was more than reasonable.
