+ Excellent emplacement, excellent rapport qualité-prix !!

− Das der Herr Carlos und sein Schwiegersohn Gertüchte privater natur über Ihre Gäste in der Stadt Gouveia verbreitet. Schon mal was von Datenschutz gehört. Ein einziges Irrenhaus. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Hotel !!! Nie wieder !!!

+ La casa era molto bella e molto pulita, il bagno era grande e il materasso comodissimo. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la posizione della struttura è ottima.

− Le stanze non erano molto isolate, si sentivano leggeremente suoni dalle stanze accanto. Sarebbe stato meglio avere anche degli asciugamani per il viso invece che solo quelli da doccia.

Peccato per i servizi in comune ma per il resto tutto ottimo con un buon rapporto qualità \ prezzo

+ Habitación funcional con baño (pequeño pero suficiente) compartido con otra habitación, cama cómoda, anfitriones amables. Mehr que suficiente para lo que necesitábamos :-)

− Küche konnte man nicht benutzen, obwohl sie sehr gut ausgestattet war

Péssima experiência de estadia

+ A pizzaria era o único serviço decente e aberto à noite.

− A casa não disponibiliza cozinha, por isso não se pode fazer comida. Mesmo para crianças, o simples aquecer a sopa também não é possível. A eletricidade da casa foi a baixo umas quantas vezes na noite de estadia, não aguenta os equipamentos que alberga com os vários quartos que aluga. A casa é gelada, o WC são gelados. A sala é comum, apenas três casais e seus filhos, já não tínhamos espaço para sentar todos. É o único sítio da casa com TV, os quartos privados não têm. No site do booking não é referido que não há tv no quarto e que não se tem acesso a cozinha. Estes pormenores importantíssimos foram omitidos.

+ Achei que a localização era boa e o espaço bastante simpático e tranquilo.

− O facto de não ter acesso direto à cozinha especialmente ao frigorífico, foi um fator menos bom e que para mim era bastante importante dado a finalidade da minha viagem e o facto do tempo estar extramemente quente.

+ A proprietária Lia foi muito gentil conosco

+ De passage pour découvrir Gouveia avec une personne de la famille . Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, la propreté,la décoration soigné , ainsi que la gentillesse … Je recommande sans hésiter .

Eenvoudige kamer in een heerlijk stadje.

+ Een eenvoudige kamer in het centrum, maar heel stil. Ik kom altijd graag in Gouveia. Parkeren nooit een probleem. Ga vooral naar het museum van Abel Manta. Vandaag was het feest, met een processie vanuit de kerk, en een groot feest met muziek en hapjes/drankjes. Zo had ik Gouveia nog niet eerder gezien. Een leuke bijkomstigheid.

O quarto com vista para a serra.

+ Casa muito acolhedora, muito bem arranjada, bastante moderna e de fora ninguém imagina a Pérola interior. Von a esplanada com Uma paisagem fabulosa, ao ambiente em redor de tranquilidade máxima. Perto de tudo o que necessitamos, mesmo a pé sem problemas em visitar o centro. Limpeza 5 stars,wc completo e bem airoso. Parecia que estávamos em casa. Muito bom.

− Não tenho pontos negativos, não gosto de complicar o pratico. Tudo estava excelente.

+ Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado, anfitriã muito simpática.

− Consideramos que a hora de check-out é muito cedo.

Ik was blij verrast over mijn verblijf. Niet duur en de accommodatie is zeer schoon en netjes. Mooi ingericht gelegen op

+ Midden in het centrum. Alles was netjes en schoon. Authentiek ingericht. Eigenaar was goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Bed sliep heerlijk.

− Nothing bad to mention. It's basic and it's exactly as advertised. Don't expect any big luxury and you'll be fine!

Nice place to stay in the center of Gouveia

+ House is right in the center of Gouveia, and its a cozy house. The shared bathroom is always clean, and the lady that is receiving the guests is very nice. The rooms are kinda of old in terms of decorations but OK.

Traditional pension stay.

+ The furniture was beautifully restored, solid wood. The decor was cute and bathrooms roomy. Everything was very clean with lots of spare blankets.

− The pillows are traditional here, very hard and foam-filled. We were chilly despite the heating and blankets and the doors and floors make it impossible not to be woken by other guests.
