Comfortable apartment but without a parking space for us

+ The apartment itself had a nice layout and everything one needs for preparing meals. It was quite clean throughout. We had a high chair for a baby and cot added, and a bowl big enough for a baby to take a bath in it.

− The main reason for the lower score is the fact that this is advertised as an apartment with a parking space while it's not the case. Most of the nights our parking space was occupied by a neighbour not respecting the rules and we had to look for a parking space which was time consuming and quite stressing. Another thing was pillows that were very uncomfortable and there was no alternative available (but this of course is a matter of opinion).

Si no eres escrupuloso ni exigente en cuanto a calidad, puedes elegirlo. Si no, no es tu apartamento

+ El dueño es amable. Nos dejó adelantar la hora de entrada. Las camas es lo mejor que tiene el apartamento.

− Aspecto general, cutre. Edificio viejo y poco cuidado. Ventanas de muy mala calidad,, puertas viejas y que no cierran bien, ... El sofá estaba desvencijado. Falta de limpieza en algunas cosas: placa de la ducha y estanteria de plástico para dejar el gel y manoplas, sucias. Escurreplatos oxidado y con la bandeja rota, ...

Każdego wieczoru wracaliśmy do mieszkania zmęczeni ale rano wychodziliśmy wypoczęci.

+ Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia: duży plus za ścierki do wycierania rąk. Poza czajnikiem i płytą grzewczą z garnkami był też toster i mikrofalówka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

− Mieszkanie jest trochę ciemne, ale to nie problem gdy się w nim mało przebywa w ciągu dnia.

Great and affordable place that met our needs

+ Location. Easy communication with the host. Many beds. Cleanliness. Sufficient kitchenware.

− The parking spot is really hard to park. We ended up parking on the street. No bottle openers but there are wine glasses, it’s a little counterintuitive.

Great option in Candelaria and amazing owner!

+ I really love that beach was very close to the property✨and as well the shopping store at Hiperdino. We rented at December and enjoyed the extra blankets and big well equipped kitchen✨Also flat is very spacious and cozy!

Pleasant

+ The apartment is ideally located in the centre of the village, Las Caletillas, which has a small number of traditional restaurants. It is about 5 kms for the Candelaria. There is a bus stop located 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment which frequent connections to Candelaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There are numerous beaches in the vicinity, perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

− As I have become to expect with apartment stays generally the basic essentials tend to be provided by the host. In this case unfortunately, there were no essentials like coffee, olive oil, clothes washing liquid, shampoo, shower gel. The beds were not so comfortable.

Pleasant, a great base to travel the island from.

+ The neighbours were very pleasant! I liked Candelaria, despite it being a walk away. Not too far from a sandy beach. Lots of restaurants in vicinity. + bus service.
