+ Accogliente molto spaziosa e con un terrazzo stupendo

+ El trato con el dueño muy amable me dejo salir mas tarde de lo pautado ya que el vuelo era en la tarde para no estar tirada con la familia en la calle muy agradecida

Super maison atypique.

+ Maison atypique, calme, grande, propre et accueillante. Machine à laver super. Terrasse immense. Pris de la mer. Supérette à côté. Arinaga est bien situé pour explorer l'île. Yaima la gérante très réactive. Bravo

+ The apartment is perfect. The host provides all the necessary things, from basics like salt and spices to beach towels and a bodyboard. The patio is huge with a gas grill, and there's also this extra room with a bathroom, which is very atmospheric. The apartment is large and comfortable. One of the best private homes I've ever rented. I definitely recommend it.

+ A lakás helységeinek különleges az elhelyezkedése, együtt de mégis külön. A házigazdák mindenre gondoltak, amire csak szükség lehet egy gondtalan nyaraláshoz, akár gyerekekkel vagy pároknak. A tisztaság makulátlan, friss illat fogadott bennünket. A ház az óceánparthoz nagyon közel van. Parkolóhelyet mindig lehet találni, akár a környező utcákban is. A parton hosszú sétány vezet végig. Hangulatos, kis kávézóval, étteremmel. Mindenhol ügyelnek a tisztaságra. A repülőtér és az autópálya is könnyen megközelíthető.

+ Super tollen Urlaub gehabt... Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man konnte ihn bei Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Strand war um die Ecke, keine 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Einfach Top, wir kommen wieder. Danke für alles

+ I grandi spazi ben organizzati per una famiglia numerosa. Il terrazzo che offre uno spazio esterno riservato e luminoso. Svegliarsi il mattino e trovarsi a pochi passi l'oceano per un bagno rigenerante.

− La mancanza di finestre, essendo una casa arabeggiante, stile riad.

+ Lo completo que estaba, tenía de todo para poder ir a la playa, poder comer allí sin problema, etc Y cerca de supermercados y de la playa

− Las camas de matrimonio y almohadas algo incómodas, pero se podía dormir

All in all very good experience. Will do it again.

− Wifi coverage could be a little better. Towards the entrance it is weak.

We had a wonderful stay

+ Quiet neighborhood, near the beach, it is in a nice town, where you can take walks. Spacious house, in the kitchen there is pretty much everything you need to cook. The host is very responsive.

Superb

+ The roof terrace is superb and easily the highlight of the property. It has everything you could want, including a large (and quite beautiful) table, shower, sun loungers, barbecue/fire pit, and more. The sea is just a stone's throw from the property and is visible from the corner of the terrace. Location is great, with good restaurants and a Spar nearby. There's a beach at the end of the road (though you may need paddling shoes to enter the water) too. The area itself had plenty of life at the time we visited in end-November, but also was not rowdy, so one could relax. It is somewhere that people live in, as opposed to a tourist town, which is exactly what we wanted. In fact, the property at large exceeded expectations: it is well-equipped, spacious and in excellent condition. I'd very happily recommend it.

− Nothing major. Parking was occasionally a bit of hassle, but ultimately we always managed to get parked within a street or two (and sometimes right outside the property). The layout of the property is a little unusual. To this extent, some other reviews mentioned that none of the bedrooms have an external view -- that is true, but I don't think it's an issue per se. What is slightly challenging is getting fresh air in, but fans are provided and we never found it an issue for sleeping.

+ The property was so much better than the pictures show this to be. This means you have a lot of space and choices of where to sit in an evening and also the roof top bedroom is a great feature

+ The house is spacious modern well equipped and comfortable. The location is fabulous just a few steps from the sea and a sheltered roof terrace. Everything you need. Very nice owner. Quiet street. Easy to park.

− Just a note, the house is set with no external windows, the bedrooms face internally onto the salon, so there are no views.
