Molto gradevole

+ Casa pulita e dotata di ogni servizio. Il padrone di casa una persona super gentile, sempre disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. La casa si trova all’interno del borgo di Alcudia, bellissimo!! Un po lontano dal mare.

+ Ottima posizione nella splendida Alcúdia, abitazione ampia, pulita, silenziosa e dotata di tutto quello che serve, non mancava nulla. Proprietario, anche se non lo abbiamo incontrato di persona, molto disponibile via WhatsApp a dare tutte le informazioni per accedere alla casa nonché consigli su ristoranti spiagge e servizi nelle vicinanze.

Great place, will stay again and reccomend to friends that are visiting Alucudia.

+ The place was in a great location it was close to everything, but on a nice quiet street. It was spacious and comfortable, well equipped and clean. Loved the rooftop

− Be careful on steps and could not figure out or the tv did not work, but not that big of a deal was not there to watch tv

+ Ubytovanie je lokalizované priamo v centre mesta a je odtiaľ jednoduchá dostupnosť. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, výborne vybavené a bonusom je skvelá terasa. Pedro je skvelý hostiteľ. Keďže sme pricestovali neskoro večer, pripravil pre nás aj malé občerstvenie. Veľmi toto ubytovanie odporúčame!!!

+ This is an excellent place. It is located within the city walls, in the historic old town, close to historic sites and restaurants, but it is easy to reach also by car. It is an old nice building, but well renovated, with modern appliances (bathroom, kitchen, beds in excellent condition). I would recommend it any day just for these features. But what really makes it exceptional is the owner. He sent us several recommendations for restaurants, beaches, where to cycle, etc. These were all excellent, and made a big difference to our trip. Definitely the place to stay if you are visiting Alcúdia.

+ Nuostabūs apartamentai senamiestyje, šalia gerų restoranų ir kavinių. Ypatingai paslaugus savininkas - suteikė daug informacijos ir atreaguodavo greitai į žinutes. Apartamentai švarūs, virtuvėje daug indų, yra orkaitė, mikrobangų krosnelė, indaplovė. Voniose po plaukų džiovintuvą (viso 2).

− Não havia ar condicionado o que, mesmo com ventoinhas, os quartos eram muito quentes. As toalhas, apesar de limpas, estavam muito desgastadas e com algumas manchas de uso. Pedimos e enviaram toalhas novas.

+ The location was perfect for exploring Alcúdia and the surrounding areas.

+ The apartment is located in a historical place in north Majorca. Center of an old town, easy access to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has 3 floors. The terrace is also pretty big where you can sit and chill. The surroundings are quiet during night, so little light that you can see many stars in the sky. If you dont have a car, it is just a few hundred meters walk to the public bus stop. The host, Mr Pedro, is very helpful and friendly, also respond quickly even late night. Pedro provided welcome jamon serrano, bread, milk, soft drinks and wine. He also sent us extra blankets upon request, because there were two days temperature dropped after raining. Checkin and Checkout was super easy and fast. There is a beautiful beach around 2km away from the old town, the water is shallow and crystal clear. We also booked a nice boat trip there.

− The bedrooms arrangement were a bit strange. Two bedrooms are interconnected, one of them is hidden inside, if the person in the inner room needs to go to toilet, he will have to pass through the outside bedroom. Also in order to go the 3rd floor, you always need to pass this outside bedroom. Consider this if you mind privacy. You will need to buy toilet paper after the first day, shampoo and shower oil as well. Extra electricity fee is required, although stated in the host information in booking page (remember to expand that section). It would be better to state clearly how much is required. In our case, we paid 7.5 Euro per day after checking with the host. The car parking outside the apartment is only for local residence. But this is a minor thing, the public parking is just 3 min walk outside the old town. This is not a complaint, but my personal opinions (can be subjective), just to provide some detailed reference for other Travelers. I do recommend this place for families.
