+ We stayed for a week, seven adults in the party. Beautiful property, spacious, clean, lovely large pool. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Walking distance to town, so perfect location. Communication with manager / key holder perfect. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

Casa Once and Moraira resort Excellent.

+ Casa Once we a tremendous villa and Werner the owner was very easy to deal with. The Villa was nice and clean, very spacious and the pool is large. The villa has everything you need with a brilliant outlook particularly from the upstairs balcony. Parking private drive and all secure electric gates on an evening so nothing to worry about. Location to town is just great. The town itself has plenty of options of bars and restaurants with a lively nightlife till approx. midnight. There were a couple open later. Beach small but clean and tidy, car park was ok but would struggle mid afternoon. Moraira is a safe place to go, it is a nice clean resort, not too crowded and nothing rowdy spotted at all.

Would highly recommend Casa Once as it's a great big space and super convenient for walking to town!

+ The pool, the space, the view and the close proximity to town was perfect for us with two families with young kids. The house was super well equipped and had everything we needed. We couldn't recommend it enough!
