Destacar la limpieza del apartamento ya que es sobresaliente, tanto de las estancias como de las toallas y ropa de cama.
Juan Manuel nos atendió de manera perfecta, estando siempre disponible y explicando todo a la perfección.
Recomiendo este apartamento al 100%. Si en un futuro volvemos a Jaén no tendremos ninguna duda en volver a alojarnos en él.

+ The apartment is spotlessly clean and Juan's hospitality is nothing short of exceptional. There were four of us from Catania on Erasmus and we had a fantastic time from day one: Juan gave us all the useful tips on where to find the pharmacy, supermarkets, bars and anything else we might need during our stay.
The apartment is really well equipped: fast and reliable WiFi, tap water that's perfectly safe to drink, and air conditioning in every room — one unit per bedroom plus two in the living room/kitchen, a real bonus.
Highly recommended, especially for students or groups. We'd come back without a second thought!

+ The apartment was simply perfect! It was immaculately clean and spacious, and situated in a very central location. There is a lift in the building, so you don't need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. When you're there, it feels like home, not a rental. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The owner is also extremely helpful and very easy to reach via WhatsApp.
I would highly recommend visiting Jaén and staying in Céntrico Alojamiento :)

+ Great apartment. Location in the very center of the city, next to two large parking lots. The apartment is in perfect condition, bright and spacious. Check-in/check-out happens very quickly, and there is also excellent communication with the owner, who is always in touch. The main attractions are within walking distance, but it’s worth Taxiing to the fortress. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

+ Very nice, large and comfortable apartment in the downtown area.
It has many amenities like dishwasher and washing machine, smart TV, good lighting.
Many brochures for tours were provided (agency in the same building) and it was also located near the tourist office where great information was given.
Last but not least was the great help from the owner who came at 8:30am to help me carry my luggage by foot to the bus station as there were no Taxis available nearby.
− Only one thing really: the unusual set up of the bathroom sink which splashes a lot...
It would be nice to have a clothes drying rack to hang out the laundry.

+ Good central location in the old part of Jaen. Spacious accomodation. Having 2 bathrooms was good.
− There isn’t parking at the property due to its central location. The owner showed us where there was free parking which was good. It was 15 mins away walking, which was no problem for us but might be if there are mobility issues.

+ The location is fantastic, the apartment was spacious and impeccable. It's apparent they have paid attention to all the details and invested in quality appliances. Juan was flexible about our meeting time since we had some car trouble on the way. The bedrooms are extremely quiet so we were able to sleep well.
− The showers were so fancy they were a little hard to use, but we figured it out! We also couldn't find oven mitts, but it was not a big issue.
