Great price and location

+ Apartment has great location just in the middle of several metro stations, very easy to go around Madrid without getting a Taxi. Two restaurants just downstairs, several supermarkets 5 min walk. Self checkin/out. Great value for this price!

− The only thing, that we expected different apartment from the photos with more spacious living room.

+ Location was excellent, closely located to two metro stations and bus stops and walking distance to Sol. Double bed was bigger than expected so didn't end up using the pull out sofa as a bed. Air con worked wonderfully but the apartment has limits for included energy use which is explained in the apartment, with a recommended temperature of 24-25°C. Elevator worked which was a relief when staying on the 4th floor. Would happily stay here again.

− Cooker hob was a standard electric hob so took a while to heat up and cook with. Fridge/Freezer was not the easiest to access as it was a free standing unit in a cupboard, making handles difficult to use.

Una verdadera estafa.

+ La ubicacion. El barrio es lindo y el metro esta muy cerca.

− Falta de mantenimiento, limpieza y atencion del personal. Me quede en encerrada en el baño con 40 grados de calor porque la cerradura estaba rota y no llamaban al cerrajero, enviaron empleados que no sabian que hacer. Recien cuando amenace de llamar a la policia se dignaron a llamar un cerrajero. Pague para 3 y el sofa cama del living era una madera que se hundia con tapizado sucio. No habia ropa de cama para todos. No habia elementos de cocina basicos para 3. No respondieron a nuestros reclamos. Los empleados no tenian la menor empatia. Una estafa entre lo bezahlt y los Services pesimos recibidos.

+ La struttura è piacevole, e comoda.

− La posizione è assolutamente strategica, vicino a tutto, negozi supermercati, metro. Il quartiere è piacevolmente ricco di attività… Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi.

+ very good location - close to shops, restaurants, public transportation, etc. the access in the building is done via an app (so need your mobile charged all time :) our studio was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped

− check in hour 15:00 p.m. , especially taking into account also check out is required at 10:00 am

+ L emplacement et l appartement tt est propre

− L appareil a cafe , il vait mieu avoir une appareil compatible a Nespresso , on a eu du mal a trouver les capsules .

− La possibilità di non poter lasciare i bagagli al check-out e l’orario del check-out troppo presto

− İnternetiniz yoksa binaya ve eve giremezsiniz. Uygulama üzerinden kapılar açılıyor sokağa döner dönmez bina solunuzda kalacak.

+ Very good location & metro & coffee shops & super market , every thing was super

+ Todo era de muy buena calidad en el apartamento. Respondieron siempre en forma inmediata a las consultas.

This stay was a nightmare

+ Location

− Property was not properly cleaned: we found previous customers dirty underwear by the couch, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The AC did not work. We were told by the property they would bring us a fan which they then told us they had already gave to someone else. We contacted the property several times as well as Booking.com agents about some sort of compensation or different room, but anyone we could get on the line told us that someone else would contact us to help (no one ever did). We were on phone or chat with support over the course of 5 hours, until 12:30am.

Lage excelente pero sin aire acondicionado.

− El aire acondicionado no funciona, evitar hospedarse en los meses de calor.

Amigas listas para pasar un buen finde.

+ Buena comunicación y bonito. Limpio y con lo necesario para una comida rápida. La cama era cómoda

− El sofá cama un poco incómodo.. Se clavaban los hierros de unión. El no poder entrar hasta las 15 h y tener que salir a las 10 a.m. nos pareció mal. Desayunar aprisa, recoger corriendo. Normalmente nos dejan hasta las 12 h - 13 h
