Great place to stay.

+ This was a perfect apartment for our 30 day stay. Extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. Better than the pictures in our opinion. Lovely relaxation time on the main balcony, facing east, overlooking the pool. You could see the sun rise in the morning and then were in the shade on the hottest days from early afternoon. Very close to the Arenal beach, bars and restaurants and a good walk to the port. We only used our car to go to Denia, Calpe and Moraira. Our host Laura was great. Thank you Laura and we hope you won your padel competition.

Can we stay longer? We love it!

+ The property was more than we needed and absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean, tidy and you can tell Laura maintains her apartment to a very high standard. The apartment is decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and gives you that ‘I could live here’ feeling. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants so our car just sat outside the apartment in the safe, quiet street. We loved it so much that we asked if we could stay longer but the apartment was fully booked.

+ The property felt like a home away from home, it had everything you’d use at home to make your stay comfortable. The property is spacious and allows great sunlight in. The balcony is a great size and allows for socialising inside and outside the property. The property is located in a quiet development that felt very family friendly and safe. With the addition of the pool, and the close proximity to the Arenal, this truly is a rare find that you will not be disappointed in!

Lovely relaxing stay and quiet which is what we wanted

+ Very Spacious, everything was there for what we needed, excellent location for us about a 10-15min walk to the beach, Pool was lovely and not overcrowded, Supermarkets within easy reach though we had a car, though there was a mini market just round the corner. We flew into Valencia Airport took about 90mins to get to the property. 10-15min walk to the beach 20 min walk to the Karting.

A beautiful apartment within a gorgeous setting and close to all amenities especially the arunel beach and promenade

+ the apartment was large , very comfortable and wonderfully. decorated. A real home from home. The balcony gave a great view of the pool and the seating areas were both very comfortable. a great supply of cleaning and washing products was available.

− We could not find any English TV channels on the TV. The ants in the bedroom and on the balcony of the apartment were a little annoying.

Pleasant accommodation but a bit overpriced.

− Downstairs bedroom is quite noisy(earplugs needed), musty smelling sofa, air-con upstairs was smelly as well. Welcome pack could be a tad more generous as you only get a bottle of water. Both bathrooms could we do with modernising.
