Comfy clean apartment in a nice quiet complex but within 5 to 10 minute walk of bars and restaurants perfect little stay

+ It is like a Home from Home very comfortable with all the immunities you require

+ The apartment was very nice, well appointed and clean . Very spacious. Good sea views.

− We stayed there 30 yrs ago when it was a hotel complex, it was very nice then. However, it is now a residential complex and is looking very tired. I don't think we would return there. It was quite noisy during the day due to some building work going on in nearby properties.

Séjour d'une semaine en famille

+ L'appartement bien équipé avec l'ensemble des éléments pour un séjour de quelques jours. Les 2 chambres et les 2 salles d'eau sont appréciables. Supermarché juste à côté à pied avec le nécessaire si besoin de plus grand c'est à 5 minutes en voiture. Très bien situé pour l'ensemble des attractions du nord et du centre de l'Ile. Pour le Sud compter 45 minutes.

+ The apartment was great. The beds very comfortable. Very nice view from the balcony. The complex is nice with a big pool and lots of greenery. The location is great if you don’t mind a walk to get to the beach. There is plenty parking spacing available at/around the complex.

− The balcony is facing south and doesn’t have anyway of creating shade. The apartment was clean but also overrun by tiny ants. Tiny little ants everywhere. The wifi could be a little spotty. The “second bedroom” with the two single beds doesn’t have a door. And the sloping ceiling is very low in that room.

+ Ottimo appartamento su due piani, silenzioso, pulito, curato e completo nell'arredamento. L'host ha sempre risposto esaurientemente alle nostre domande. Si entra con codici, guidati da video per i percorsi da fare per raggiungere l'appartamento.

− L'area piscina (ad ottobre molto fredda poiché riscaldata solo in inverno) ha ombrelloni inutilizzabili poiché rotti, sdraio legate a terra da catena (in caso di sole non le puoi spostare sotto l'ombrellone eventualmente funzionante). Wi-Fi lento. Non c'è ombrellone comune da utilizzare nelle spiagge (in un'isola piena di spiagge libere me lo sarei aspettato). Varrebbe la pena evidenziare queste caratteristiche nella descrizione dell'alloggio.

Exceptional

+ We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It is spacius, airy with a large terrace with an ocean view. Shops and bars are on the doorstep, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment complex is nice and quiet itself, with a lovely grenery and pools. I would recommend stay there, if we will be going back to Lanzarote, definitely we will be back.

− Just a little comment that it would be useful to have some spare bin bags and a kitchen towel :)
