+ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fuster Apartments by Aspasios. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the apartment itself was spotless, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic—close to the Metro, shopping, restaurants, and the Sagrada Família, making it very easy to explore Barcelona. We loved being in a neighbourhood that felt convenient and lively while still giving us a wonderful place to come home to at the end of the day. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. We genuinely felt at home during our stay, which made our time in Barcelona even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Fuster Apartments by Aspasios to anyone visiting Barcelona.

− somehow i was contacted 1 month before stay by someone on whatsapp for this particular stay that had my name, stay dates and phone number. Turned out to be a fraud so be careful and only trust emails coming from booking.com the week before. I had to cancel my credit card.

This was a great apartment. Would highly recommend.

+ Apartment had lots of space, was very comfortable. No issues with air conditioning or hot water. It had everything we needed for our couple of days in Barcelona after the end of our cruise. Location was good. Felt very safe.

A great stay, but very transactional.

+ A beautiful apartment, great views and excellent location. Very comfortable.

− The communication, or lack thereof, was terrible and there was only tap water provided for our five day stay. We almost missed our train due to a poorly scheduled check out. It left a bitter taste in what otherwise was a great stay. I would recommend staying here, so long as you don’t expect anything other than the keys.

+ Property was spacious , clean and in a great location .

− The second bedroom is blind with a window in the staircase , meaning that until 2:30 am and from 6:30 am there are people walking next to your head with no sound proof , making it difficult to sleep . Also the receptionist when we asked him to help us with ordering a Taxi from a local app because we were having difficulties finding one he just reduced to even try saying that is Tour de France and so he left us with 4 suitcases and stroller and two kids wondering around and ending up taking the metro to reach the train station in a pick hour , while the closest metro station for L25 has NO LIFT ! That was unacceptable and definitely not what we call hospitality 👎🏼👎🏼

+ Before my arrival, the communication with the host regarding access to the apartment was timely and clear. The location of the apartment was excellent - view of the sagrada familia, walking distance to passeig de gracia, close to metro, and plenty of amazing restaurants around the building. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, AC in all bedrooms. The common areas of the building were clean and quiet, and the building manager was available during business hours.

− Being super picky, I would have appreciated an extra key to the apartment (we were only given one set of keys) and a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang hand and bath towels.

It’s a very nice stay.

+ The apartment is spacious for my family, two adults and two kids. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, microwave and washing machine. The neighborhood is very nice to walk. We are lucky to have the AC in the flat for the very hot summer. There is a small lift. The manager Juan was very responsive to all the questions and requests.

− No significant issue at all, but Barcelona accommodation is very costly.
