+ Excellent Host and location.

− Swimming pool - not in use (the only reason I have chosen this place) - huge disappointment. Found 2 cockroaches (bedroom + bathroom). In general place needs little bit of redecoration.

+ Good location. Easy to get i to town. Great communication all through booking. Fixed a problem with boiler quickly - before we were aware of any issues.

+ El anfitrión fue muy agradable y amable. El apartamento es cómodo y tiene buen potencial, pero hay aspectos importantes a mejorar. La cama es muy incómoda y pequeña (aprox. 140 cm), lo que afecta bastante el descanso. Además, la ropa de cama no es de algodón, lo que genera una sensación de disconfort y poca frescura, incluso da impresión de falta de limpieza.

− La experiencia mejoraría notablemente con mejores textiles y un mayor cuidado en el aseo general. La cama es muy incómoda y pequeña, el colchón es fino y el colchoncillo es aún peor. La ropa de cama no es de algodón, no es fresca ni parece limpia, lo que resulta poco confortable y da sensación de falta de limpieza. El aseo y la limpieza general podrían mejorar.

+ Amazing location and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Owners communication was fantastic.

− Los implementos de cocina del apartamento estaban completamente sucios las sábanas y toallas tenían mal olor en la descripción del apartamento decía que tenía ventilador y no era así por lo que las Nächte fueron fatales por el calor.

If you see cyclists it’s great location also surfing I was travelling on my own so having Netflix / YouTube was grea

+ I’ve just spent 16 days in this property the owners met me at the entrance on my arrival it was nice . they are very responsive if you ask any questions and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to lovely cafes restaurants and anything you need private security to gain entry I would definitely recommend staying here

− I’ve got not got any complaints about my stay here it was everything I wanted it’s very 🌵🌵 themed that was funny and cool

+ The common areas. The manager was very friendly.

− Too many things everywhere. About 14 cushions, books, puzzles, etc. All that made it hard to keep the place clean. In my opinion, less is more, like keeping just the basic things you need everyday.

Great apartment in a great Complex with a really friendly and helpful owner

+ Starting with great communication from the very friendly and professional owner. The apartment itself is very clean and very comfortable, it has everything you need and more for your stay.It is in a great location within a Lovely complex which is kept clean by the hardworking staff it has 24 Hour security at the front door a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a laundry room with very efficient washing machines. Also loads of free parking behind the building always available. My favourite thing about the apartment is it’s terrace that faces out onto the Garden and lovely for sitting out on for breakfast and in the evening for People watching.The location is excellent everything you need is nearby and if you want the tourist areas that’s about a 10 min walk away.

− Absolutely no issues there is no A/C but a freestanding electric fan is supplied and also the bedroom windows are cleverly fitted with mosquito netting so you can leave the windows open if needed
