− Tardaban mucho en limpiar las habitaciones, un día volvimos a las 16.30 y ya no nos la limpiaron ese día. Se lo comentamos para que el resto de días nos la limpiaran antes.

Breves dias en Olhão

+ Ubicación excelente, la cama muy cómoda la limpieza y el trato del personal. Y la piscina, genial .

− Leider reservieren manche Gäste bereits morgens schon Liegen am Pool aber verlassen anschließend das Hotel. Hier könnte etwas mehr drauf geachtet werden, sodass jeder eine Chance auf eine Liege hat. Die Parksituation ist insbesondere Abends leider auch nicht so leicht. Meistens findet man aber dennoch nach einiger Weile einen Parkplatz.

Lovely stay again

+ This is my second time staying here. I just love this hotel. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful, especially Ilara and Alexandre. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, the beds are comfy, and the mini pasteis at breakfast are delicious. I think this hotel has a bit more character than its sister hotel Pure Formosa, which is slightly more spacious and central, but that’s just personal preference.

Lovely relaxing holiday

+ Wonderfully clean and modern hotel, with lovely friendly staff. Beforehand we were concerned that we’d struggle to get sun beds but there was always plenty. Having the bar and toilets so close was handy (though it would’ve been nice to have more food options!) and being able to borrow pool towels was really good. There was someone on reception 24/7 which was ideal as we had awkward flight times, we could’ve book airport transfers with them (ask during/after booking), but found uber was slightly cheaper.

− Only negative is the direct location, it is in a run down area and didn’t feel particularly safe outside the hotel for the first 5 min walk. We are quite anxious people, but just something to be aware of. Apart from that everything was great, and it wouldn’t stop us from returning!

Muy bien, muy cómodos y muy amables

+ El desayuno me gustó mucho, con buena fruta y cafe de máquina pero bastante bueno. Bollería abundante. Bien para unos cuantos días. La cama espectacular, grande y cómoda, y la ducha bien amplia. El personal sin duda lo mejor del hotel, muy amables y nos recomendaron lugares que visitar. Olhao sin duda un sitio muy bueno para alojarse lejos del Algarve masificado.

− El entorno del hotel es un poco feo, desde alguna zona de la piscina se ven casa abandonadas en estado ruinoso. La piscina a última hora (18:00h) es muy sombría. Y el aire acondicionado de la habitación muy ruidoso. Pero la verdad es que son pequeños detalles.

+ Hotel cómodo, limpio, bonito y bien situado. A unos 10 minutos andando del puerto. El personal muy agradable. Muchas gracias. Repetiremos.

+ The staff were very warm and friendly and did everything they could to help us. It's a great location, close to the station and a quick walk into the town centre. The bed was comfy and very clean. The pool was lovely and a great option for a non beach day.

+ Uroczy, kameralny hotel w centrum miasta. ładnie urządzony pokój, z czajnikiem i kubeczkami. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, praktycznie w centrum miasta. Klasyczne śniadania - produkty bardzo dobrej jakości. Przyjemny basen - dostępne dodatkowe ręczniki do użycia na basenie. Pomocny personel.

− Klimatyzacja wymaga oczyszczenia. Brak parkingu, niemniej jednak można znaleźć miejsca w bliższej lub dalszej okolicy.

+ The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the pool was a great amenity. They provide pool towels at the reception. The staff were very helpful, gave us information about the local ferries to the beaches and where to eat etc.

estamos muy encantados con todo

+ me gusto piscina la temperatura del agua y lo limpio que estaba todos ,tambien la atencion que nos dieron fue de un diez ,han sido muy amables con nosotros , y que decir de la habitacion nos ha gustado mucho la comodidad y que decir del aire acondicionado , solo una pega que la ducha para mi gusto resbala mucho. bastante y el desayuno impecable todo estaba muy rico . y la atencion del personal impecable y muy amables nos hacia sentir como en casa.

Clean, tidy, and hot

+ Super handy and close to the waterfront of olhāo. All members of staff we came across were always super accommodating, friendly and helpful. For our first ever visit to this beautiful fishing village, we know we will be back!
