− Nem ilyen szolgáltatásra számítasz egy ilyen árú szállodánál. A reggeli borzasztó szegényes volt.

+ Lage fantástica. Buen buffet.

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel, staff were great , special mention to Marcel on reception.

+ Location was beyond perfect right in the middle of the main promenavon 50 yards from the beach. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of quality foods and drinks. The room was extremely comfortable, we were offered a room upgrade for a fee which we accepted and was very pleased we did as we were on the top floor with a sea view balcony. Marcel on reception was amazing and went over and above , from offering the room upgrade and assisting on check in to organising a bottle of complimentary wine for my wife's birthday.

− Mattress sunbeds would be a good upgrade around the pool and perhaps a larger amount as there is space available although we always managed to get sunbeds together by moving beds around. variation of evening acts could be more varied to suit all ages.

+ Lage perfecta primera linea de playa, paseo, bares, restaurantes , discotecas, todo a mano. piscina comoda, jacussi. buen ambiente en general. limpio, buena comida. todo genial. para repetir la verdad. cojeremos la suite la proxima vez. gracias. todos muy amables.

− no tener las habitaciones juntas o separadas por puerta. pero no lo pedimos con tiempo. quizás el buffete un poco flojo por no sorprender con algún detalle más. pero acorde a un 4 estrellas .todo muy bien.

− Pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade e muita coisa gordurosa

Never returned our change of €23. Bad service

+ nice location& music however the service was not great. Our food took over 1 hour & we had to reorder twice as it was missed. We gave money to pay for drinks and they never brought back the change (€23). When I highlighted this to staff she never came back with the money- whilst walking past she told us we had to go to the other bar with no explanation or apology. We ended up leaving without our money being returned. Great venue & music but very unfortunate about the service. For this I won’t return.
