Hotel Hanoi

Great thank you to the stuff for everything, I had a great time in Begur and it was pleasure to stay in Hanoi 💛

+ Location is great, near to the old town and beach bus stop. Beautiful room with balcony, very cozy and clean.

− To be honest, the breakfast wasn’t very good. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, and after that I chose to have breakfast in town instead.

+ The hotel is super nice. Very comfortable with a common area with water, coffee, tea and some simple snack. They also offered a private shuttle to the closet beaches in the summer (what is veey convenient!). Walking distancr from shops and restaurants in begur and a public parking just 3 min walking. The staff also deserve a comment - Helen was very kind to give us information about the region and help us with thr extra bed

− AC was working yes, but it took us one day to learn how to set it appropriate. And it is a little noisy.

+ esta bien ubicado si queres estar en el centro de la ciudad, para ir a las playas hay que viajar, pero a todas claro. Lo incomodo son las escaleras, 3 pisos con equipaje son complejos.

− The room had an off smell probably a sewage issue… a few minutes we got used to it🤣.

− The air conditioning did not really catch up with the heat, and the humidity was also an issue. Room gets humid because no wall at the shower, AC does not dry or cool the room. So its a bit humid and hot but not unmanageble.

Decepción

+ El personal de la recepción que nos esperaba en otro hotel fue muy agradable, nos acompañó hasta la habitación. Un pena que la habitación fuera un horno literalmente, a pesar del aire acondicionado que hacia ruido pero no enfriaba la habitación. La cama esta en buhardilla al techo del hotel y no puedo describir el agobio y la sensación de horno que tuvimos. Subir 3 plantas sin ascensor pensaba que valdría la pena pero no resulto cumplir nuestras expectativas, a pesar del precio, casi 100€ por cabeza. Una pena.

− Bad drain smell in our room but they tried to remedy it- may be due to town generally? Room very basic but shower good and bathroom great size for budget room

Encanto y Calma

+ La casa es muy bonita y muy tranquila. No tiene recepción, los desayunos son en el otro hotel, no hay un lobby ni bar como tal y echamos de menos un mini bar en la habitación. La luz de emergencia está muy alta y no deja descansar a gusto .

− Muy ruidoso para la mañana el servicio de limpieza. Te despiertan pronto estando de vacaciones. Supongo que no hay otra manera de hacerlo.

Gorgeous place.

+ Beautiful house in the old town with amazing views. Very peaceful and lovely. One of my best stays ever!

+ Location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from the town center Rooms were super cute, well cleaned, and we got water / towels / sheets every day Staff was super friendly and very helpful
