− Kleine dingetjes doe ons opvielen. De bank en het vloerkleed mogen wel een keer goed gereinigd worden in de huiskamer. Net zoals de bekleding van de bank onder het huis

The property was as we expected, size and facility were as described and no unpleasant surprises.

+ The space in the villa was as expected from the website. When we arrived the place was clean and fresh. The facilities are all above expectation.

− We had a bit of confusion as to how to use the code lock for the front door but it was sorted eventually. Perhaps the agents or host could be more clear on the remote for opening the gate, how to use the keypad on front door and the location of the rubbish bins for the property.

+ We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the villa. We were two families traveling together, and both the children and the adults enjoyed it to the fullest. Everything was clean and well maintained, the villa was very spacious, and the outdoor area was absolutely fantastic, whether we were splashing around in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing table tennis, or sunbathing on the many loungers. All communication with the staff was exemplary, with great flexibility and service. We’ve already started planning our next trip.

Great location for a stunning villa

+ Lots of open space outdoors and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool is bigger than expecting alongside the jacuzzi which has lots of controls to maximise comfort. Downstairs is fully equipped with another kitchen and living room which is next to the gym and another 2 bedrooms. Staff were also very helpful and easy to contact during the stay. We absolutely loved this property for an 8 man holiday!

+ Beautiful villa better than the photos great facilities gym, heated pool, hot tub, table tennis.....very spacious large bedrooms with air-conditioning, great indoor and outdoor tables for mealtimes, washer, dryer, dishwasher....handy little supermarket within walking distance...highly recommend staying here

Everything you could possibly want to make your holiday spectacular. A beautiful villa

+ The property is amazing. The pool, hot tub, table tennis and games room were a massive bonus for our family with teenagers and young kids. The pool and hot tub were spotlesss clean and heated perfectly.

− Could not find a fault with this property

Probably a dozen small niggles that they need to make the effort to sort out.

+ Nice spacious and modern. Good size pool. Also separate 2 bedroom apartment on site. Location 15 minute walk to beach. Owner was pleasant. Everything was clean.

− Lots of small issues. Not enough keys. Little or no BBQ gas. Spare pillows but no pillowcases. Some doors locked and no keys for them. Only one remote for the electric gate between three cars. Unpainted bare concrete walls and ceiling in the lower floor bedrooms . It needs a few minor repairs and maintenance. Also the pool went green half way through our holiday and they couldn’t sort it out. Fridge broke down but that was just unfortunate. Owner was pleasant.

Absolutely recommend - I had the best birthday ever.

+ * The villa is superb, with lots of space, an amazing pool and a stunning view. * Alessia is very friendly and responsive and helped us arrange my birthday dinner (the staff and the food were absolutely fabulous). * Both the check-in and check-out were super friendly and we could accommodate different arrival and departure times of our guests.

− * There was no ping-pong table as promised. * Some small things were missing (e.g. toiletries, pool towels) initially. The issue was sorted quickly, but we preferred that everything had been there as we arrived.

+ The villa was great, good size pool. Very spacious rooms, clean, fully equipped - couldn’t have been more perfect, much bigger than the pictures . Very nice for a big group or family. Reception staff were absolutely fantastic. The location was wonderful, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to beaches.10/10. Would certainly visit again
