+ Casa in posizione ottima per stare ad Orzola, con vista mare ma senza esserne di fronte, evitando così il vento spesso forte in questa zona. Affascinante anche la vista delle ex saline.

+ Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie beschrieben. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Von hier aus kann man prima alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden besuchen und gleich mit der Fähre zur schönen Insel La Graciosa übersetzen. Ausreichend Restaurants am Ort sind auch da. Morgens auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken ist prima.

+ C'est au bout de l'île tout près de l'embarcadère pour Graciosa. Un grand appartement sympa, pratique, facile à trouver. Des restos sympas autour.

− Rien à part qu'on ne voit jamais personne comme dans beaucoup de locations: boîtes à clé, mails. Ils ont résolu les problèmes de personnel. Veillez donc à avoir un forfait et un portable fiables

+ Die hübsche, kleine Ferienwohnung in dem alten Fischerhaus hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Sie erstreckt sich über drei Etagen inklusive einer gemütlichen Dachterrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos kochen konnte. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vorhandene Waschmaschine sowie den Wäscheständer mit Klammern auf der Dachterrasse – ein Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

− Ein kleiner Hinweis: Im unteren Badezimmer tritt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss aus. Es wäre sinnvoll, hier einmal einen handwerklich begabten Menschen drüberschauen zu lassen. Im oberen Bad schließt die Duschabtrennung nicht richtig, und das Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nur schlecht ab. Das sind jedoch eher Kleinigkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich trüben.

− El anfitrión no nos dio ninguna recomendación local, ni se preocupó por saber si estaba todo bien o necesitábamos algo. La comunicación fue la estrictamente justa para acceder al Unterkunft, y siempre por escrito. Los electrodomésticos están bastante viejos. El sofá muy incómodo.

Nos encantó la casa y sus vistas.

+ Las vistas de la casa son preciosas ab la azotea. Lo grande que era, dos dormitorios pero tres plantas contando la azotea donde es magia desayunar. Las toallas eran geniales y olían de maravilla. La ubicación, un poco alejada pero excepcional, todo era paz y muy bonito.

− Olía a humedad cerrado y la ventana estaba abierta de la anotación y la luz encendida así que se colaron mosquitos al llegar pero luego todo genial. El sofá un poco incómodo pero a penas lo usamos y las almohadas muy blanditas, mejor un poco más grandes.

+ So much space and the roof terrace was perfect! Very zen location and the sounds of the sea.

− Some better knives in the kitchen would be good, it was quite hard to cook effectively with the ones provided. Only a minor complaint though!

+ The location is so calm and peaceful! You always see the ocean and smell it. The apartment is very clean and nice. We really enjoyed coming back home after a hiking day at lanzarote. We stayed 1 week. Recommended!
