+ Hotel bonito y limpio en pleno centro de la ciudad. Amplia habitacion con una cama muy cómoda. El baño muy bien.

− El desayuno estuvo correcto, pero no es algo a destacar. No hay espacios comunes, de la calle subes directamente a las Zimmer.

Jacuzzi op het dak, met fantastisch uitzicht

+ Jacuzzi op het dak van het hotel met fantastisch uitzicht. Ook midden in de nacht en 's avonds laat te gebruiken. Midden in de stad aan een schitterend plein met mooie kerk

+ Location, cleanliness, room service, amenities, check-in / -out procedure, hotel restaurant, and (communication with) staff.

− Sometimes slightly elevated noise level stemming from other rooms / main square (not the thickest of walls) However, the hotel / staff itself can hardly be blamed for those things.

My second stay in two years says it all

+ Breakfast and dinner right on the square. Good atmosphere and service

+ The location was right in the middle of town, and the staff very responsive. We would stay again!

Quelle belle découverte !

+ L’hôtel se situe sur une place magnifique et animée. Il est vraiment très beau. Notre chambre était mignonne et authentique. Le personnel était très gentil et le petit déjeuner vraiment bon. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking à moins von 5 min à pieds. Nous avons adoré passer du temps ici !

Good but let down by some of the facilities

− Air con was not available all through our stay …also we couldn’t check in until two hours after allocated time …lighting in bathroom wasn’t working …no refund offered

+ It is ideally located right on the main square. Friendly staff. Ease of check in prior to arrival. Parking at nearby location for fee but well worth it. Amazing breakfast. Very clean, well maintained property with historic value.

+ Loved the decor and interesting treasures carefully placed around the hotel. I visited during the Patrona festival so it was very busy and loud in the evenings. They were very open and upfront about this and we're very helpful in keeping us updated on WhatsApp about the festival programme. Aircon was fab, Not too much just a constant pleasant escape from the extreme heat.

Molto bello

+ Le stanze e il bagno sono molto curati. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile e risponde subito su WhatsApp. Durante i giorni del nostro soggiorno c'è stato un blackout del paese e hanno subito provveduto a cercare una soluzione. C'era anche la festa di Pollenca letteralmente nella piazza sotto all'hotel e questo ha reso le nostre notti un po' insonni🤣 però lo staff ci ha proposto di cambiare stanza gratuitamente e ci hanno dato i tappi per le orecchie. Purtroppo il rumore era comunque molto forte fino alle 3 di notte ma non era colpa loro. La colazione è buona e si fa nel bar sotto in piazza fino alle ore 10:30

− Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno c'era la festa di Pollenca con musica molto forte fino alle 3 di notte ed è stato difficilissimo dormire. Non è colpa loro però, è da considerare il periodo in cui si prenota.

+ La decoracion interior preciosa, es un clasico y ademas esta en pleno centro en la plaza. La azotea tiene vistas bonitas

+ Fabulous hotel in cents of Pollensa Staff so professional and accommodating

+ Todo genial. La habitación, el hotel y el desayuno excepcional. Y el personal y la comunicación con la recepción también.

− Realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Cuando cogí el hotel ya sabía que no tenía piscina. Pero si es verdad que hacía bastante calor y la eche de menos. Tiene un jacuzzi en la azotea en su lugar.

Everything we hoped a small historical hotel would be.

+ Breakfast (in attached cafe/restaurant) was superb, excellent quality and choice, especially appreciated the large fruit platter light touch management and reception staff but with easy and considerate contact. This is a real gem of great character and historical interest.

+ Прекрасный отель в самом историческом центре Поленсы. Очень чисто, аккуратно и уютно. Завтраки были прекрасными в кафе на площади.

Perfekter Einklang von historischen und aktuellen Elementen

+ Phantastisch gestaltetes, in sich absolut stimmiges Hotel auf neuestem Stand aber unter großartiger Bewahrung des historischen Äußeren und Inneren.

− Leider kein Sonnenschutz auf der schönen Dachterrasse.

+ Great location, right in the middle of the main square with lovely rooftop. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was so hot when we were there, but there were sunbeds up there too. Very comfy bed and excellent shower.

+ Beste Lage am Hauptplatz, modernes Bad, charmantes Zimmer, eigener Parkplatz 5min zum Hotel möglich
