+ Accommodatie was netjes en schoon communicatie tussen verhuurder was super en vriendelijk zeer goede uitleg wat te doen bij aankomst en verblijf en vertrek bij vragen direct reactie superfijn zo alles

+ Spacious property, good location and very friendly host.

− Pool was closed but Carlos has been great in providing an alternative pool close by.

Perfect base for large family.

+ Perfect villa for a big family to share. We loved the location and the Las Dunas complex. Both the complex, including pool and other communal areas, as well as the villa were really well cared for. Carlos, the owner, was excellent from start to finish. He was great at communicating, making check in easy. He also addressed any needs we had while staying very quickly. We plan to come back again next year for certain.

+ Struttura pulitissima. Carlos, il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Nell'appartamento c è tutto il necessario e anche di più La posizione é comoda a tutto,facilmente raggiungibile e con la comodità di parcheggiare la macchina proprio sotto casa. Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente a chi cerca tranquillità.

+ Le logement confortable spacieux et très bien équipé pour 9 personnes.Le propriétaire très disponible et réactif. La résidence sécurisée avec piscine.

− Piscine non chauffée trop froide pour en profiter en décembre...

+ Mooie accommodatie, heel veel ruimte, alles aanwezig.

− Niets. Nog een paar tips: - in alle ramen en bij de deuren, zou een hor(deur) handig zijn. - voor de banken buiten op het terras/balkon zouden kussens erg fijn zijn.

+ From booking the accommodation to our arrival and then departure, the communication from Carlos and Maria was great. We were a family of 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of space in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. The complex and pool was nicely quiet and chilled which is exactly what we were looking for. Everything is in walking distance. El Camparino market and shops is a short walk away lovely restaurants and shops. The beach and the main square and marina is about 15 to 20 minute walk but there is a Taxi rank across the road from the apartment if needed. We had such a lovely time and would highly recommend.

+ Great quite spot. 4 big bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. 2 minute walk to supermark, bars, restaurants and Taxi rank.

Had a very relaxing stay at Kalmahouse.

+ The property was very spacious and very clean. Everything we could possibly need was available to us. Few bars near the property very good. Supermarket very close 20 minute walk into town or 5/6 euros in Taxi. Would recommend and definitely return here.

+ Well worth the money and complex so secure if u have children. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Kalmahouse and would be happy to return again.

+ All the rooms were bigger than expected and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Good WLAN in all rooms. The location is perfect. the bars and restaurants were less than 1 minute away, but it was still quiet enough that you could not hear anything in the villa. The local convenience store is also within 1 minute of the front door. The beach is a 20 minute walk, as is the main strip. There is a large park and outdoor gym at the end of the road. The pool is very large and very quiet. There was also a very large children's pool. We had a toddler with us and she could safety roam around the pool area with her swim vest on and not get out of the pool area as it was fenced off with key entry in and out. Carlos and Maria could not have done more to help us. Any small problems were resolved same day and they even rang a Taxi for us when we left for the Airport. Fantastic hosts!

Our stay was lovely . Very happy with the house and location and the only downside was as I stayed a

+ Location was perfect. A little to a small Shopping Centre and about 20 minute walk from the main shopping g area.

− We had to leave the property at 10.am and had no place to leave out bags all day. Our flight was not until 20.20.It would have been nice to have had a place to leave the bags rather than sit in the local park with them all day.
