Magnífiques vistes i ubicació

+ Magnífica ubicació, l'apartament és correcte i funcional i té un jardí amb unes meravelloses vistes. bona atenció per part dels gestors de l'apartament

− Li falta una neteja a fons, una de les persones que ens hi hem allotjat tenia molta al•lèrgia a la pols sobretot a les habitacions. El sofà i el mobiliari d'exterior també s'hauria de netejar o renovar.

+ L'apartament és còmode i té de tot. El jardí fantàsic i un entorn de pau i naturalesa.

+ Ens ha agradat molt l'apartament. La distribució, decoració, que estava molt ben equipat. Estris, electrodomèstics, una dutxa àmplia... El jardí és una meravella i el poble també. La pau que s'hi respira no té preu. L'atenció rebuda i la comunicació amb la propietat.

− Això ho poso nomès a títol informatiu. Com és un baixos s'han de baixar unes quantes escales ( per gent gran o amb difícultats motores no són gaire còmodes) I el segon tram no té barana.

+ El confort, limpieza y que tuviera Netflix. El jardín y que tuviera chimenea. La cocina totalmente equipada y la tranquilidad del lugar.

− Podría mejorar el aislamiento de las Türen del comedor y de la habitación de matrimonio, se colaba mucho aire, hasta el punto que las cortinas se movían. Y las literas de la habitación pequeña, tienen que anclarse, se mueven un montón y parece que vayan a caerse

Un verdadero Oasis

+ Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad del lugar y lo cuidado que estaba todo. La atención de la propiedad fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. Además, la limpieza y el confort del apartamento hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. ¡Una experiencia para repetir!

− La verdad, no hubo nada que no nos gustase. Todo estuvo perfecto y superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Gracias por una estancia tan agradable!.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped. A perfect starting point for hiking trips.

+ We came to Molló for a week-long school hiking trip as a group of 2 teachers and 16 high school students. We had all 5 apartments in this building (four of them are offered under the name Paratge Fabas and the fifth one as L'Oasi, but they are all in one house, which was a nice surprise). All the apartments had perfectly equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas and balconies with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. Beds were perfectly clean and comfortable as well. Bathrooms were sufficient in number and very clean and new as well as everything else. We couldn't have wished for a better accommodation for our group. L'Oasi even has access to a nice garden and a big outdoor sitting area. Lovely! In the village, there was a shop Can Bruel that opened every day (probably except for Sunday) 8:30–13:30 and then 16:00–20:00. We also went to the „meat shop“ Can Parruc that was also opened in the evenings (maybe the whole day, I am not sure). We cooked a lot in our apartments and occasionally went to have dinner in hotel Calitxó – they open for public after 20:00, but they primarily serve their own guests so it is better to make a reservation in advance. We spent all week every day hiking in the mountains around, in all directions. Great routes for „circular“ trips. Boys very much appreciated the neighboring football field (under roof) where they played every day when we came back from the hiking. We communicated with the „owner“ via Whatsapp and he readily helped us when the boys for example forgot the keys in the room and shut it.
