+ El apartamento estaba muy bien. Tenia de todo, con buenas vistas

− No es cierto que haya parking. Hay unas pocas Sitzplätze para 220 pisos. Imposible aparcar alli y en los alrededores.

+ Lage buena piscina y playa con fácil acceso y muy bien surtido el apartamento.

− Debería de ponerse un pestillo en el Service por intimidad, y el parking es muy escaso, prácticamente es como no tener ninguno

+ Die Unterkunft es muy recomendable, moderno, cómodo, limpio, bien situado y en una urbanización muy completa.

− La comunicación con el contacto que te facilita el propietario deja mucho que desear. El propietario amable y correcto.

Heel fijn en ontspannen.

+ Het was extra fijn dat er ook wat spullen aanwezig waren voor mee te nemen naar het strand. Zoals een kleine parasol en stoel. De grote handdoeken voor de douche waren ook fijn.

− We had bad luck with a renovation in the house that causes high noises but that is of course temporary- otherwise a perfectly fine apartment.

Great location & well equiped

+ The apartment had everything you needed. The lounge was great but the big lamp took up too much space. The wicker side tables don’t give an even surface to put glasses on. The instructions for cooker, hob & washing machine would be great if in English, but we managed. Overall excellent. The owners were helpful.

+ Apartamento súper nuevo y súper bien ubicado. Las Betten son muy cómodas y hemos estado muy agusto. En general estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Se nota que está recién reformado. Y todas las Zimmer tienen aire acondicionado. Lo cual es genial. Tiene sillas por si quieres llevarlas a la playa y Muchos enchufes.

− Es un apartamento para 4 no para 5 o 6 puesto que el sofá no dejan sábanas y tienes que dormir encima. Y dentro del sofá había algunos bichos pequeños. Además hizo mucho aire y las ventanas son viejas, pesan y hacen mucho ruido. Pero cosas de poca importancia.

+ Piso reformado y limpio. Localización perfecta; cruzando la calle una playa magnífica. El centro de la ciudad a 10 minutos por el paseo marítimo. Vitas estuapensas al mar y la piscina.

− El cierre de aluminio de la terraza y ventanas son los originales de hace 40 Jahre. Las Türen correderas están mal y no cierran bien. El parking del edificio es escaso y hay que dejar el coche en zona azul, aunque no es caro (unos 4 o 5 euros al Tag).

+ Todo muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Las Betten excelentes de cómodas. Lage excelente. La piscina y la zona de piscina súper bien cuidadas. El anfitrión muy atento.

− Haría falta repasar el cierre de las ventanas. Y aparcamiento en estas fechas no hay freis.

+ Reinigung impecable, ubicación.on y vistas. Camas muy cómodas. Menaje adecuado. Todo como nuevo

+ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was very kind and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. Parking was convenient for us since we visited during the low season. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and the charming old town. The community also offers great amenities, including a pool and tennis courts. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Superb

+ Very well situated unit with a good view. Unit was clean and had all the basic supplies needed and was an easy walk into town. The layout was comfortable and well thought out. Appliances were all relatively new and worked very well.

− The beds in both rooms are two twin beds. It would have been nice if there was a mattress topper or pad so it felt more like one bed instead of two beds that had been put together. Parking was challenging as there are just a few spots for each building and the spaces are very narrow. Luckily we were able to get a spot every night but I can see in the summer how you might not find any parking.
