+ Good location, right next to a metro station and a supermarket, quite neighborhood. The apartment was nicely organized, clean and tidy, well equipped for a few days stay.

− Esta segunda vez las almohadas y la cama nos han parecido muy incómodas… y el extra de 22€ pro Nacht por mascota nos parece excesivo.

Comfortable

+ Clean, well laid out, sofa bed made up and ready. Kitchenette was great. Bathroom fabulous. Check in easy.

− Shared air was odd the next day with smells coming in from I’m not sure where. But unpleasant smells made it into the apartment. Also the heat could have been improved if aircon was left on before our arrival.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν δίχωρο, ιδιαίτερα ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, προσφέροντας την ιδανική ισορροπία ανάμεσα στην άνεση ενός ξενοδοχείου και τη ζεστασιά ενός δικού σου χώρου. ​Χώροι & Διακόσμηση: Ο διαχωρισμός του υπνοδωματίου από το καθιστικό επέτρεπε απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και άνεση, ειδικά μετά από μεγάλες βόλτες στην πόλη. Η διακόσμηση ήταν μοντέρνα, προσεγμένη και ο χώρος εξαιρετικά φωτεινός. ​Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα: Διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη και σύγχρονες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (καφετιέρα, εστίες, ψυγείο), κάτι που μας επέτρεψε να ετοιμάζουμε πρωινό αλλά και γρήγορα γεύματα με τοπικά προϊόντα από τις αγορές της Μαδρίτης. ​Μπάνιο: Άνετο, σχολαστικά καθαρό, με ισχυρή πίεση στο ζεστό νερό. ​Τοποθεσία & Εξυπηρέτηση: Η τοποθεσία ήταν κομβική για την εξερεύνηση της πόλης, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μεταφοράς. ​Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται τη Μαδρίτη και αναζητά μια ποιοτική, άνετη και αυτόνομη διαμονή.

+ Modern and very well located. Metro stations close by, 30 min walk to Gran Vía through Calle Fuencarral. All amenities within walking distance in a well kept and nice neighbourhood. Access to a gym.

+ Super emplacement. Confort top, nous avons très bien dormi.

− Petits manques à la cuisine : sel/poivre, huile, linge à vaisselle. Netflix aurait été apprécié. Le reste était parfait !

+ It’s perfect! It has even more than they advertise. Washing machine is also a dryer and it works flawlessly. Tv has youtube which kids loved! Very clean, well thought out and high quality materials. Beds were comfortable, so was the sofa. Kitchen has everything you need. The app is very easy to use. Reception is always a few seconds away.

− A vacuum cleaner or even a brush would be good. Long stays with kids tend to get messy real quick.

Jag rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt. Den är 20-25 minuter ifrån centrum. Det finns parkering utanför om man har bil.
