The luggage lockers - we booked the property for this reason as we had a later flight. However they only had a few and it was limited availability.

מיקום מעולה ממש בתוך שכונת צ'ואק. החדרים נקיים ושקטים. תהליך הקבלה היה מצוין. כל דבר שביקשנו טופל בצורה מצוינת. מכונת כביסה ומייבש בתוך החדר, יתרון גדול.
אין דלפק קבלה שמאייש את בית המלון. למעשה זה בית מלון של דירות בלי קבלה. זכינו שבמקרה כשהגענו היה מישהו שעזר לנו. אין נקיון וסידור של החדרים , אנחנו הוצאנו בעצמנו את הזבל. לא הצלחנו לתפעל את מדיח הכלים.

Location is perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is great! Everything is new and working (windows, shades, lights, outlets, shower, etc). Two minutes away from metro that connects to two main train stations and easy one transfer to airport.
The shelves above the faucet in bathrooms is not an optimal location (your head comes in contact when leaning over) but is handy to keep toiletries.
Check-in was seemless, both online and by the gate. The building was clean and with good ventilation. My appartment was really nice, clean just as the photos show. All the appliences worked. Given the heat outside, the room did not need airconditioning because the sun barely entered, which made the room feel cool.
I was unable to use the dish washing machine. It would be useful to leave some instructions for english speakers.
Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά!! Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και από την εξυπηρέτηση και από την καθαριότητα και την ποιότητα του καταλύματος!! Είχε πολύ κοντά του ότι χρειαζόμαστε σούπερ μάρκετ καφέ φαΐ και ήταν και πολύ κοντά στις κεντρικές πλατείες!! Αξίζει

Me pareció estupendo, muy limpio , cerca a todo y muy cómodo.
Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, y cuenta con taquillas para dejar el equipo antes si así lo desees, nos vino bien, y las instrucciones de acceso son claras.

It was 40 degrees in Madrid and the air conditioning stopped working for one day. It was brutal. The Libere management only gave me a 20% adjustment for that night. I thought that was an insufficient adjustment for the disruption we experienced.

Le canapé lit un peu vieux qui fait du bruit toute la nuit, et revoyez le nettoyage qui se fais au bout von 5 jours un peu long surtout quand on est avec les enfants ,ou mettez 1kit de nettoyage dans l'appart apar ces 2points rien a dire.

We loved this modern accommodation. It was equipped with airconditioning which was much needed during our summer stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious, and had nice lighting. The room had small balconies for street views and a number of amenities. Would recommend. Additionally, the check-in system felt very secure which made us feel especially safe during our stay.
Excellent facilities in the apartment. The key system and left luggage system also excellent. The airco worked well and it was very quiet for a city centre location

We chicken 11 PM last night called and request for the late checkout which was agreed up to two and the guys start walk into the room at 11 AM. I guess it is stuff and we are Muslim family. It’s completely unacceptable. These people cannot be in booking.com.
El apartamento nos pareció bonito, amplio y cómodo. También valoramos positivamente que ofrezcan taquillas para dejar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out, ya que nos permitió disfrutar del Tag sin cargar con el equipaje (aunque depende de que haya disponibilidad).
La experiencia quedó empañada por varios detalles que creemos que deberían revisarse antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. La ducha tenía pelos y, aunque lo solucionaron rápidamente, tuvimos la impresión de que a la persona que vino no le agradó tener que volver, algo que se reflejó en su actitud. Además, la limpieza fue muy superficial. También encontramos una sábana con una mancha que parecía de sangre, no había cápsulas de café a pesar de disponer de cafetera, la escobilla de uno de los bJahre estaba rota y el detalle de bienvenida fue algo escaso, ya que éramos seis personas y solo había cuatro botellas de agua. Después de comunicar todos estos inconvenientes, pensamos que habría sido un buen gesto por parte del Unterkunft tener algún detalle hacia los clientes, aunque finalmente no fue así.

Very well located place in the lovely neighbourhood of Malasana. Lots of food nearby. The apartment was comfortable with a great terrace and very quiet. The washing machine with pods and luggage storage was very convenient. Very good value for money.

Posizione centralissima, in 15 min a piedi ti trovi sulla Gran Via e in altri 5/10 a plaza del sol. A pochi passi ci sono supermercati, negozi e ristoranti di ogni genere. L’appartamento era ampio, pulito e ben organizzato, ci hanno anche preparato un kit di benvenuto in una borsa (di quelle in tessuto riutilizzabile) con 4 bottigliette d’acqua - gesto molto apprezzato in quanto è capitato a pennello!
Abbiamo pagato l’extra per il check-in anticipato alle ore 12 essendo atterrati alle ore 9, dopo aver lasciato le valigie nei locker ed essere andati a fare un giro siamo rientrati stremati (con 3 bambini di cui uno di 18 mesi) ed alle 11:55 e abbiamo chiesto ad un membro dello staff di poter gentilmente accedere alla stanza o quantomeno sapere il piano così da cominciare a salire le valigie, richiesta negata - ma più che altro mi sono sentita presa in giro quando ha attribuito “al sistema” la mancanza della notizia del numero della stanza e del codice per aprire la porta quando avrebbe potuto dirci almeno il piano perché la stanza era già stata assegnata dato che il check out è normalmente alle 11 e noi saremmo entrati dopo 1h…
