+ La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, cerca de la playa del Cargador y de las Fuentes, así como del paseo marítimo. Buena oferta gastronómica y de ocio. La casa es preciosa, muy espaciosa y con todas las comodidades. Hemos estado genial. La anfitriona, Cristina, de 10. Muy atenta con nosotros.

Lovely villa in a lovely area

+ Large, clean villa with a good outlook. Only a few minutes walk from the sea and town. Free underground car park and nice outdoor furniture. Good value.

− I would have preferred a lock box to pick up the key as meeting a host at a set time can be a little restrictive. That said pick up was as planned.

A really wonderful apartment from which to enjoy this lovely area of coastal Spain. We will definitely return !

+ It was extremely modern, airy and spacious a huge kitchen, dining and sitting area and lovely comfortable beds in the bedrooms, and great showers. The layout of the apartment was excellent. A very warm and friendly welcome too. The outside space to the apartment was also really lovely. Los Tilos is in a great location to easily access both beaches , the port area and the town . We love Alcossebre so we’re delighted to find such wonderful luxurious accommodation. There was plenty of free parking space around.

− The property was absolutely lovely and we’d definitely come again with our son and granddaughters . The only thing I’d say is there was very clear rules in the folder both for our apartment and the whole complex about respecting siesta time between 15 or 15.30 and 17.00. This we totally agree with and the rule was great for us as too we wanted to relax, rest or read silently at this time but on every afternoon there was a lot of noise during this quiet time; children shouting, crying etc and dogs constantly barking. I was really surprised that other people weren’t observing these rules. Not a problem just a surprise.

+ House excellent, good communication with host. Good location.

− This is a very strict complex. We went to pool on first day with other family members that were staying there, 3 houses in total. We arrived at 5pm after siesta. We had fun with the children. Neighbours complained and we went in after only 1 hour. Did not feel comfortable using it again. Cannot blame the host for this but it did make us feel uncomfortable in the complex.
