The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It has everything you could need, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The apartment is located very close to the beach. At first, you need to figure out the route through the inner courtyard, but once you know the way, the walk to the beach takes no more than three to five minutes. There are also several swimming pools in the courtyard, and we were always able to find an available sun lounger, which was very convenient and made our stay even more relaxing. We would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the property management company. They were friendly, helpful, and always responded very quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
There are just two minor points worth mentioning. When we first arrived and started using the air conditioning, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the unit. The property management company responded very quickly and offered to send a technician to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to arrange a visit, so we simply used the air conditioning less frequently. The issue therefore appears to be easily fixable, and we mention it only as a helpful note for the future. The second point concerns noise. Due to the apartment’s location, it can be a little noisy at night if you prefer to sleep without air conditioning and with the windows open. This was not a major problem for us, but it may be useful information for light sleepers.
