+ So beautiful peaceful place and amazing view to the ocean. Really good breakfast. And kind owners. Dogs were the best:)

+ The pool was a lovely temperature and views were amazing. Just a short bus ride into mijas made it very accessible

− Beds were so uncomfortable it actually ruined our stay as very little sleep was had. It would have been nice to have a mid week stay clean in our apartment.

− Children and adults diving into the pool and splashing guests on the sunbeds. This should not be allowed in such a small area.

Great accommodation for a relaxing holiday

+ Relaxing accommodation with a panoramic view, on site parking, fabulous pool and attentive owners.

− Nothing (A car or Taxi is required but there is a bus stop right outside the property)

Lovely relaxing stay , however a few things could have been better .

+ Hotel was lovely with stunning views and outside pool area and pool bar , availability of sun loungers , nice balcony , air conditioning, WiFi , Faye and bo the resident dogs 👍

− The room was small with two single beds pushed together , awful bedroom lighting ( too bright to relax ) bathroom and toilet cramped as was the kitchen area . Location mixed as the views from the hotel were amazing but the busy road into the village was precarious at the best of times especially after a night out , would advise not trying to walk into Mijas , would strongly advise the bus service or Taxis in and out . No shops handy , nearest were Mijas by bus or Taxis!.Honesty bar a really good idea which we used however expensive. Welcomed by the host on arrival but we never seen them again until checking out which was disappointing.

Super charming residence, breathtaking views, home-feel.

+ Very charming property with breathtaking views, cute pool and pool bar (based on a trust system). Room and private terraces are perfect too. Very close to Mijas town and Mijas beach, private parking, home feel…. Perfect location for a a group of friends or family. HIGHLY recommend it!

+ We loved everything about mijas residence. Very relaxing no shortage of outside space. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Brilliant private outside space for all apartment's. Breakfast was beautiful really couldn't ask for more.

Proper, mooi en prachtig uitzicht!!!

+ Sobald man das Eingangstor passiert hat, welches an der Hauptstraße hoch nach Mijas liegt, betritt man eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen. So eine liebevoll und schön gestaltete Anlage! Herzliche Gastgeber! Ein ganz tolles Frühstück im Freien (bei Bedarf), süße Hunde, eine Selbstbedienungs-Bar mit kühlen Getränken am Pool... Was will man mehr. Danke für alles und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. (Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 tollen Terrassen, wunderbar)

− Nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit ; das Zimmer hatte einen leicht muffigen Geruch... Aber wir wissen natürlich, dass das im Süden bei der Luftfeuchtigkeit passieren kann .

+ Super schöne Anlage mit herrlichem Blick auf Fuengirola und das Meer. Bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Anlage wurde auf sehr viele Details geachtet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vieles passt hier einfach zusammen. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht umsonst aber lohnt sich schon aufgrund der tollen Aufmachung. Parkplätze für das Auto werden kostenfrei auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände zur Verfügung gestellt und der Kühlschrank an der Bar ist für kleines Geld stets gefüllt. Der Aufenthalt hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

+ L accueil était parfait, le logement quoi que petit offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour notre séjour. L entretien du lieu, la propreté du logement, le calme, le cadre, la piscine, la gentillesse des hôtes, les équipements à disposition . Parfait.👍

− L accès au logement se fait par plusieurs marches. Peut être l’indiquer dans l annonce .

Goede uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Zuid-Spanje.

+ De accomodatie heeft een erg fijne sfeer. De tuin is heerlijk en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorp Mijas is aan te lopen (wel stukje klimmen), wat wij erg prettig vonden om in de avond zonder auto erop uit te kunnen.

− Bank too mijas way more than expected,apartment we got wasn't what the pictures give impression of.One rooms window was a slit and needed light on all day.

Prima resort voor een onbezorgde vakantie.

+ De hele residentie was tip top in orde. Alles is als nieuw bijgehouden.

− De drempel vanuit de Residentie naar de hoofdweg. Hierdoor kan je auto licht over het asfalt schrapen. De eigenaar is hiermee bekend en gaat dit probleem oplossen.

Nice outdoor area, with views and pool.

+ Views were nice, plenty of room outside with beds and seating areas.

− The apartment was very small and the curtains were basically transparent meaning the whole place was very bright very early. No oven or microwave which made self catering a bit of a nightmare. We ended up checking out early as it wasn’t equipped well enough for us.

+ Beautiful views and very nice grounds with parking. My studio was clean and ample for my short stay and bed was comfy. Owner was welcoming and friendly. The location is a little was out so would suit very well if you have transport. Will stay again.

− I had my own shower gel and shampoo otherwise would need to buy some. Eye shade if you prefer to darkness to sleep. Only small issues!
