− Le faltaba limpieza , cuando hemos llegado habían pelos en la cama y en el cuarto de baño de resto todo perfecto

+ 位置很好，周围两个中型超市，商业街溜达溜达就到了。 公寓里干净舒适，主卧里有一个大空间可以收纳和摆放行李箱。 房东10点就允许提前寄存行李，非常方便。 洗澡水秒热。

− 提行李箱上楼真的很考验体力。 次卧刚进入时浓浓的香味，可能只有外国人接受。

Great stay, very central, airco everywhere!

+ It was exactly as promised; in the middle of the centre, very convient and great that there was a personal greeting at arrival. Loved that it was not an automatic check in as so many apartments do nowadays. Thank you for a great stay.

+ Evin konumu mükemmel, her yere yürüme mesafesinde evin ısıtma sistemi gayet güzeldi mutfak eşyaları ihtiyaçlarınızı tamamen karşılıyor. Yatakları gayet konforlu ve rahattı. Tekrar Madrid'e gelsem gene bu tesisi tercih ederdim.

− Merdivenleri dar biraz ama sadece bir kat çıkıyorsunuz. Bir de çok merkezi olduğu için biraz gürültülü bir mahalle

+ Es un apartamento amplio de dos dormitorios independientes totalmente reformado ,muy cómodo y bien decorado . La dueña nos recibió y atendió fenomenal!!!

− Que está en una primera planta sin ascensor ,para subir las maletas o si tienes algún problema de salud o niños pequeños si es un problema.

اقامه ممتعه جدا ولو رجعت لأقمت بنفس الشقه اذا اردت الاقامه في هذه المنطقه وليس في سالامنكا الراقيه

+ موقع الشقه جدا رائع بجانب الشوارع المشهوره في مدريد والمنطقة السياحيه وبقربه سوبرماركت ومطاعم ، الشقه متكامله من حيث ادوات المطبخ وغساله ملابس وغسالة مواعين ومكيف ومتوفر فيها كل ماتحتاجه وغرفة النوم الرئيسيه كبيره والغرفه الاخرى سريرين لكن ضيقه ، تعامل المؤجره جدا لبقه ولطيفه

− الدرج ضيق والصاله صغيره وفقط حمام واحد والباقي تمام 👍

Beautiful apartment close to Gran Vía

+ Very beautiful and modern decor. Comfortable bedrooms. Centrally located: about a block away from Gran Via, shops, theaters, coffee shops, and restaurants. Spacious bathroom.

− The dining/kitchen area is rather small, but we were able to manage. The TV wasn't working.

+ The location of this apartment is very central. A lot of supermarkets (Dia, Carrefour express) near by. Many cafes and restaurants. Very close to Plaza de Espana metro station. Also Novicidad station is 1-2 minutes walk away. We actually tried to walk by feet as the Plaza Mayor is just right near, Museo del Prado is a 25 minutes walk with beautiful views of Madrid architecture. The apartment inside looks brand new and cozy. All the appliances function, the apart has a capsule coffee machine, microwave, mid-size fridge, electric hob, lots of kitchenware. Expect to have closed windows Friday night, as the locals at the nearby bar might be a little too loud. All the other times it's quiet as it can be in a big city. Overall, probably one of the best quality/price places in Madrid, very central, all new, packed enough for your stay.

+ Anfitriões atenciosos. Havia água e alguma delicadezas nos esperando. É perto de tudo e esta muito bem equipado.

− A TV não era smart, quase não ficávamos na acomodação, mas ter uma TV que não é smart e nem ter conexão com canais locais não faz muito sentido.

Realmente recomendamos este piso , ideal familias , tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa

+ Muy buena ubicación, las Betten muy cómodas , teníamos todo lo necesario para estar cómodos .

− Los anfitriones súper amables , estuvieron en todos los detalles . Nos esperaron llegar. Nos dejaron muchas cosas para usar y estuvieron atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos .

+ The location was great, nice and clean, nice cold ac, it had everything we needed. Good authentic Chinese restaurant downstairs. The manager was nice.
