+ Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und heile. Essen gut, reichlich und schmeckend. Guter Pool. Ausreichend Liegen. Komme gerne wieder. Super Strand und Verkehsanbindung. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Schöne Anlage.

− Der Speisesaal ist sehr hellhörig und der Name ist Programm. Ein paar Abtrennwände und eine Akustikdecke, damit mehr Restaurantcharakter entsteht, wäre mein Wunsch. Das wird dem aber kein Abbruch tun, dass ich sehr gerne wiederkomme. Essen und Getränke schmecken gut.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Ottima qualità prezzo e vicinanza a Strand de Palma

+ La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione, vicino Strand de Palma (solo 4 min a piedi). Nonostante non abbia parcheggio lo si può trovare in giro, sia alle spalle dell’hotel che sulla via principale. La colazione era ottima, molto varia tra dolce/salato e abbondante. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, noi eravamo al 7 ed ultimo piano e avevamo una vista mozzafiato.

− La pulizia era medio bassa. La stanza, soprattutto il bagno, non venivano puliti, ma veniva solo rifatto il letto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con delle formiche che abbiamo trovato in stanza, ma dopo aver avvisato la reception subito ci han mandato un addetto per disinfestare l’invasione.

+ Cet établissement est parfait. Personnel sympathique accueillant. Bon anglais. Très bien desservi à proximité de la plage. Le top, je recommande.

+ Die Lage, der tolle Pool, trotz Hauptsaison immer am Pool einen Liegeplatz unterm Sonnenschirm bekommen. Die vielen Palmen ☺️

− Vor dem Zimmer war ein Gebläse sehr laut. Die Balkontür war wirklich sehr schwer aufzuschieben, von außen kaum wieder rein zu kommen, wenn sie zu war. Aber für uns war das nicht dramatisch.

A fantastic adventure!

+ Lovely room, lovely staff, lovely and huge variety of food, beautiful pool with plenty of room so no fighting for a lounger. Baskets of parasols from previous guests so you dont have to buy one if you get them early. Location was absolutely amazing. A short stroll to the bus stop, beach and a park and mercado in the other direction. Not rowdy at all. Perfect for families. You need to try their ice cream sundaes!

− Entertainment could've stayed on for longer. 8.30pm to 10pm only.

Buena estancia aunque haría alguna mejora.

+ La ubicación es muy buena cerca de la playa. El personal muy agradable te ayudaban con lo que necesitaras. Y también me gustó mucho que te dejan sombrillas, cosa que en muchos hoteles no tienen esa posibilidad. Y a la hora de aparcar está muy bien también porque aunque por el Tag hay algo más de coches por estar cerca de la playa pero hacia la tarde/noche se aparca casi en la puerta.

− No me gustó que te duchabas y salía todo el rato fría o ardiendo, me imagino que por toda la gente duchándose, pero es que no te poTags duchar cómodo. Tampoco me parece bien que la piscina cierre a las 6, entiendo que es un hotel que el 99% son extranjeros con horarios diferentes pero al final cuando van españoles se tienen que adaptar y me parece que se cierra demasiado pronto. Al igual que el bar pone que cierra a la 1 y a las 12 nos cerraron.

− Der Pool schließt bereits um 18:00h. Dies ist bei einem Sommerurlaub viel zu früh und indiskutabel.

Ci ritornerei sicuramente

+ La struttura è molto bella, vicina alla spiaggia, con tutti i confort richiesti. La colazione è stata super, lo staff ci ha permesso di farla anche in anticipo per fare i tour. Accogliente e ben strutturata, c'è la possibilità di cenare ed è attivo sempre il servizio bar. La sera c'è sempre l'animazione e la vicinanza alle fermate dei bus gli dà un quid in più!

− Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse sarebbe meglio una ristrutturazione delle stanze per arrivare a 4 stelle.

+ The staff were amazing, everyone very helpful. The room was big enough and we could not hear anything from outside. Beer and drinks were good and cheap and food was very nice. Big selection of breakfast

− There was a strong smell of sewer in the shower...beds were not so comfortable. We had issues with the key card everytime we were opening the door. Even after a very helpful staff member changed the battery on the thing, it was still hard to open

+ L accueil l emplacement et les serveurs qui nous ont reconnue et apprécier ca fais chaud au cœur et l accueil de l hotel comme toujours très bien

− Alors j ai adoré comme chaque fois sauf les gens qui respecte pas le fais de ne pas sauter dans la piscine et le garde piscine ne parle pas français alors pour se faire comprendre pas facile faillit me faire embêter par des touristes non respectueux a par ca tout est bien on as du rentrer un jour plus tôt mais on as pas réussie a se faire offrir un remboursement ou un rabais pour la prochaine fois comme on es de bon clients depuis quelques années mais bon c est difficile pour une nuit je me suis pas pris la tête
