+ El hotel en sí te transporta a otra época. Está muy bien conservado y la ubicación es excelente.

Un hotel boutique de charme au prix d'un hotel basique, avec un parking (moto) sécurisé à 20 metres

+ le rapport qualité / prix : chambre à - von 50€ dans un ancien palais qui a été très bien restauré. Le lobby est exceptionnel ! Le personnel est agréable et aidant Le gros plus est le parking moto (pas cher) sécurisé dans le garage à 20m de l'hotel. Il faut le réserver mais avec une moto c'est une inquiétude de moins qui vaut largement le prix. Il faut le réserver à l'avance. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la vieille ville.

− Peut-être un effort pourrait il être fait sur la literie ?Je veux dire que le matelas est léger, ainsi que le sommier, donc de qualité moyenne. C'est le seul point d'amélioration.

Take the breakfast somewhere else

+ Hotel location was perfect, close to famous Ávila walls, main sqaure and other interesting places. It is in a nice old house, with pleasant lobby. It offers also a garage, which is an advantage in this old town, but it is not right at the hotel. However, the parking in that garage is easy and you can stop in front of the hotel for unloading and uploading of the luggage. They offer also a price reduction of 20% in the restaurant in front of the hotel - I tested it and it really works.

− The bed is too hard, not good for my back! There is no elevator, which was a problem for my knees, but the staff helped me with the luggage at least. I was very disappointed about the breakfast. No eggs??? Really??? For that price? I have never seen something like that. It is really just basic.

+ la ubicación es estupenda, el hotel muy limpio, hay nevera en la habitación,aire acondicionado,las Betten muy cómodas ,las chicas de recepción muy amables y te lo explican todo y están a disposición del huésped .

− lo malo es un poco el ruido que se oye de las Türen de los Gäste , pero solo es al entrar y salir de las Zimmer por lo demás todo bien

− El ruido. Se escuchaba perfectamente lo que se hacía en otras Zimmer, el suelo crujía mucho.

Un superbe hôtel authentique en centre ville

+ L’hôtel est en plein centre d’Avila ce qui est très pratique. Anciennement un palais il est admirablement décoré et il est authentique. De plus le prix de la chambre est très intéressant. Je recommande cet endroit.

Céntrico pero descuidado

+ Está muy bien situado, dentro de la muralla y puedes recorrer todo el casco antiguo a pie para visitar lo más importante

− El hotel al ser un palacio está un poco antiguo y descuidado. Las Türen de las Zimmer y Bäder no cierran bien por ejemplo y solo hay aire acondicionado en algunas Zimmer.

+ Es como estar en un palacio al uso, una ubicación perfecta y todo muy cuidado. Confortable

− We got a room which was on the 3rd floor, directly under the roof. There was no lift and the room was extremely dark. The air-conditioning was making strange noise even when turned off. The parking was possible nearby, but for a fee.

Volveremos

+ Το κτίριο είναι υπέροχο, οι κοπέλες που ήταν στη ρεσεψιόν πολύ εξυπηρετικές. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το πρωινό είχε λίγα πράγματα, όμως όλα άριστης ποιότητας.

− Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η ηχομόνωση, καθώς λόγω της φασαριας από τα κλιματιστικά δεν μπορείς να κοιμηθείς εύκολα.
