+ L'appartamento è ben curato e pulito. Acqua, capsule per caffè sono a disposizione così come latte UHT e brioches per la colazione. I prezzi di Valencia sono in generale eccessivi e questo appartamento è in linea con essi, tuttavia la comodità di un garage incluso è veramente apprezzabile e rende questo appartamento maggiormente competitivo.

− In agosto risulta un pò caldo vista l'assenza di aria condizionata. Inoltre il proprietario richiede 200€ di caparra per eventuali danni. Capisco bene i motivi della richiesta, dato che anche noi abbiamo un piccolo appartamento in montagna che affittiamo per brevi periodi, tuttavia non è una pratica abituale anche se chiaramente segnalata nell'annuncio. Io ho versato la caparra con bonifico e non ho fornito i dati della mia carta di credito via whatsapp per timore di possibili hackers. Consiglio questa modalità.

+ El apartamento es muy lindo y estaba super completo, nos dejaron muchas cosas para la estancia que se agradece (agua, leche, papel, condimentos, de todo!). La ubicación tambien era ideal a unos minutos en coche o bus y lo mejor que tenia parking incluido!

+ Casa molto spaziosa, ben servita dai trasporti e con un comodo supermercato accanto al palazzo. Rafa, il proprietario, è sempre stato presente per qualsiasi evenienza e ci ha fatto trovare all’arrivo il necessario per la colazione 😊

+ La relación con el anfitrión fue cordial, amable, muy atento y con muchas explicaciones y detalles dejados en el apartamento.

− El apartamento está situado en una avenida con mucho tráfico, tanto de Tag como de noche. Se podría mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas. Una ducha es muy estrecha.

− Nos saltaban el diferencial cuando encendimos todos los radiadores que eran Elektros pero entendemos que fue un finde muy frío en valencia y no es habitual tener que encender todos los radiadores

+ Apartma je v mestu ob zelo prometni ulici. Okna so enoslojna, zato se promet zelo sliši. Nas to ni motilo, nekaterim pa je to zelo moteče. Lastniki so zelo prijazni in odzivni. V hladilniku nas je čakal sok in voda, na mizi rogljički. Metro in avtobus sta čez cesto. Trgovine in restavracije v bližini do 400 m.

Comfortable Stay, But Needs Better AC and Clearer Instructions

+ The flat was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that included all necessary utensils. On the first day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary refreshment. There's a supermarket conveniently located near the garage entrance. The accommodation is also close to the Oceanogràfic and other major landmarks, especially if you're travelling by car or Taxi.

− We stayed during the last week of July 2025, and it was very hot. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms—only fans—which were not sufficient to keep the rooms cool at night. One of the bathroom toilet seats was loose and needs to be fixed. Although instructions were provided, it was still quite difficult to locate the flat—especially the garage entrance. For guests arriving by car, separate and clearer instructions would be very helpful. Most drivers will naturally go to the garage first, but since the flat is on a busy main road, picking up the keys first makes things quite challenging. Communication with the host was also an issue. You will need a local SIM card or mobile internet to contact them. The hosts speak only Spanish, so we had to rely on Google Translate, which led to some misunderstandings due to inaccurate translations. The garage itself is in a basement and is quite dark. The parking spaces are narrow, with pillars on both sides, making it very difficult to park a larger vehicle like a 7-seater. It was also hard to find the elevator, as there was no clear signage. On the last day, we found out (with the host’s help) that there are buttons to turn on the lights in the garage—this should really be mentioned in the instructions. Overall, the apartment has potential, but some practical improvements—especially for guests traveling by car—are needed to improve the experience.

+ O alojamento é espaçoso, as Betten são confortáveis e tem lugar de estacionamento no edifício. O anfitrião é muito simpático deixou doces, água, leite, chocolate. Está localizado perto do metro, autocarros e tem bastante estabelecimentos comerciais na zona.

− Existem ventoinhas em todos os quartos que melhoram o conforto mas em dias de muito calor seria bom ter ar condicionado

+ Tout était parfait. Je remercie le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, qui nous a permis d'entrer dans l'appartement plus tôt et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires.

− Le seul problème auquel j'ai été confronté était de garer une voiture dans un garage car l'endroit était un peu petit pour ma voiture et je ne pouvais pas la faire entrer, mais le problème a été résolu car il y a beaucoup d'endroits sans voiture dans la rue.

+ The apartament is very big and comfortable an clean. You have everything that you need for a good vacation. Its on boulevard near shops, near metro and busses. When you come if you are tired, or hungry the host make everything to be ok for you. There is a little snack, water and some drinks in the apartment. You can rest a little and go to explore! The host is amazing! We was a group of 6 adults and one child, he was waiting us to come, and explain from where and how to find the location. When i have a question he was always answer me. My daughter has a birthday and they make her little surprise, that was very nice! Thank you! Because the flight was very early, they give me a number of Taxi and explain how to order it. When i go home i take my phone and see a message from the host, he write my early to see did we are ok, and did we catch our flight. Thank you for the attitude and for the concern. If we came again in Valencia i know where to go.
