Está bien, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento.

+ El apartamento es amplio y para una familia es perfecto. Las Zimmer son grandes y las Betten cómodas, con varios cajones para guardar la ropa. La cocina está bien equipada con lavadora, horno y microondas, aunque eché en falta una sartén grande y más cucharas pequeñas ( sólo habían dos). La anfitriona es muy atenta y la comunicación con ella ha sido fluida . Los Tags que hemos estado ha hecho mucho calor pero por suerte los dos ventiladores que hay han ayudado a pasar mejor los Tags y las Nächte. El comedor está bien, con dos sofás de dos Sitzplätze . Se puede aparcar fácilmente por los alrededores.

− Sería conveniente y necesario reformar el cuarto de baño. La bañera está picada por una zona y del agua se ha oxidado. La tapa del váter se mueve cuando te sientas y es un poco incómodo y al tirar de la cadena, se nos soltó el tirador. Además, la bañera nos la encontramos sucia, llena de pelos y de restos de sobres de gel abiertos.

− somewhat drafty, musty, hot water heater needs replacing, lukewarm water at best, leaks significantly, fortunately directly into kitchen sink

+ This is a lovely spacious apartment in a quiet, convenient location. Ourt host was very helpful and it was easy to find parking nearby. It was easy to walk into the city centre and there are lots of great bars/ tavernas close by.

− The shower is a litttle old but works well.

+ Very good location, very easy to get transportation. Close to central station. Nice bed and clean sheets

− Poor cleanness , there was no brush to clean the toilet. There were no products to clean the house, we spent a week without being able to clean the bathroom, etc...

Nice apartment in Ourense

+ This is a nice 2-bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. It is on the second floor of a small apartment building. Other than us, we didn’t see anyone else in the whole building. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the WiFi works well. Communication with the owner is fine.

− There is no front desk - you’re on your own! Also, the location is not great as it’s 20 minutes to walk to the old town and maybe 10 minutes to drive to the hot springs.
