Radisson Collection Bilbao

Je me faisais une joie d’aller au Radisson car je ne séjourne que très rarement dans des hôtels 5 étoiles. Notre accueil

− Le personnel, le réglage de la la Clim, accès payant à la piscine

Wonderful friendly staff. Great service and very comfortable beds. Would definitely use this hotel again

+ Reception staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and very central. Beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in. Breakfast varied choice and in the rooftop restaurant.

− Small pool and spa that is complimentary BUT you have to book a time slot for, but actually this is necessary as they have a maximum number that can use at a time. It was however lovely as were the spa staff

Super Ausgangspunkt um Bilbao zu entdecken

+ Wir waren während der Aste Nagusia in Bilbao. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage und es war trotz Festival nicht zu laut dort. Mit Metro und Busverbindungen am Hotel, kommt man auch überall hin (zum Strand in ca 20 Minuten). Es kann aber auch alles zu Fuß erreicht werden (Museum, Restaurants, Shipping, Bootstour, …). Besonders schön war es auf der Rooftopbar. Der Service war stets am Auffüllen vom Büffet und man ist immer gut satt geworden beim Frühstück. Auch die Auswahl war top. Danke an das ganze Hotel-Team für eure nette Art und den Service!

Tutto perfetto

+ Struttura nuova, curata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione perfetta per visitare Bilbao vicina alla metro e alla stazione dei treni. In 5 minuti si è nella parte vecchia della città e in circa 20 minuti si raggiunge il Guggenheim. Nonostante sia proprio sulla strada,l’hotel rimane molto silenzioso. Camera spaziosa, letto molto comodo e grande. Colazione ricca.

+ Albergo bellissimo in pieno centro, camera ampia, pulita e curata, con un bellissimo bagno elegante.

+ The location was fantastic. The breakfast was really good.

+ The hotel is in a great location, it could hardly be better. Close to the train station, the very center of the city. The staff at the reception are professional and friendly

− The downside of everything is unfortunately the cleaners. The daily cleaning of the rooms is very superficial. The remains of crumbs on the table, the mirror in the bathroom is not cleaned. This casts a bad light on the entire hotel. Apparently the supervisors are not efficient or do not do their job. The waiters in the restaurant are confused, their English is very poor or non-existent. Also a bad light considering that the restaurant is recommended in the Michelin guide. On the end I know what clean means and I know what very sloppy means. I am a regular guest of 5* and 5* superior hotels. It doesn't help if only the reception staff is trying their best , but the rest don't care about everything or have no knowledge.

− Une fuite d eau massive (cascade d'eau dans le couloir) qui a généré plus von 5 alarmes evacuation hyper bruyantes entre 3 et 5h du matin.. et au check out le lendemain aucun geste ou message.

Hotel Radisson

+ La ubicación es perfecta, la estética de las Zimmer y del edificio en general me encantó. La terraza y el desayuno también me gustaron mucho. Las tartas son deliciosas. La cama supercómoda.

− No había zapatillas de baño de cortesía, por lo que tuve que usar durante toda la estancia el calzado de la calle en la habitación, y después de la ducha...tremendo para un hotel von 5 estrellas. Tampoco había cepillo de dientes, afortunadamente llevaba el mío, pero es la primera vez que veo en un hotel de categoría que no dejan uno en la habitación. Me llamó la atención que una persona de recepción en el desayuno no entendiera castellano, ni siquiera los números de habitación.

Hôtel magnifique et parfaitement situé, personnel très attentif

+ Emplacement parfait, très central, mais chambre au calme. Personnel très attentif et aimable, très professionnel. Hôtel très élégant et joliment décoré. Rooftop très beau avec une vue magnifique. Un grand merci aux bermaids pour les cocktails délicieux !
