Informa a RC - Pata Residence con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el alojamiento. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.

Se pide un depósito por daños de EUR 200. El anfitrión realizará el cargo 7 días antes de la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 7 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el alojamiento.
Guests must inform the property about the number of adults and children and their ages. Please note that the deposit to complete the reservation on day of booking or after, must be paid by PayPal (+3.9% + €0,40) or bank transfer (bank expenses charged to the payer). Credit card charges are subject to an extra charge of 7.9%. The method of payment must be requested in advance. If it's not paid or requested to be charged, it must be paid at check-in in cash. Please note that the property has no reception. Guests must inform the property their estimated arrival time in advance to arrange check in. Late arrivals and departures between 18:00 and 9:00 will incur in additional costs, payable in cash. Arrivals and departures on weekends and holidays will also incur in additional costs.Late check-out after 10:00 is possible upon request, subject to availability and for an extra charge. Early check-in before 17:00 is available on request, subject to availability and for an extra fee. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled, all fees (including service fee and credit card charges) are non-refundable. Service fee includes: booking fee, check in/out, linens and towels are provided and are also included water bills, electricity and gas. On arrival at Olhos de Água, guests should contact the property using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. Additional service and beach towels can be provided in advance, on request and at an extra charge. Internet, air conditioning, flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player and a coffee machine are available upon previous request in some apartments, subject to availability and for an extra fee. Upon check in, guests must present a valid credit card and a photo identification document on behalf of the holder of the reservation. Please note that the neighbouring property has animals and some noise may be heard. Please note that WiFi is only available at the entrance of the condominium. There's a mandatory final cleaning fee (amount depends on accomodation type) that should be charged by credit card until 7 days before check in, if it was not included and specified on reservation
