+ Das Beste es la amplia terraza con sus fantásticas vistas al mar. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila, con opción de aparcar dentro del recinto y acceso a una fantástica piscina comunitaria con bar/restaurante. La playa está a 1 minuto del apartamento, súper tranquila y con un chiringuito maravilloso. La anfitriona contesta rapidísimo y está disponible para cualquier duda o problema que surja.

− Me gustó todo. Es cierto que está un poco lejos del centro (25 minutos caminando), pero es una zona súper tranquila y el paseo hasta el pueblo es muy agradable.

+ Wspaniały pobyt ( byliśmy rodzinnie przez 9 dni) , lokalizacja, poranna kawa z najlepszym widokiem i atmosferą jaką tylko można siebie wymarzyć.

+ Excellent location on the beach with access to a pool, tennis courts & a play ground.

− Very noisy due to two different building works in the complex. This resulted in loud machinery & noise from 8am every weekday morning & it continued for most of the day. The front door entrance flooded when it rained so I had to walk on the flower bed to get in the door. No bin in the bathrrom. Only one towel provided per person for a one week stay. We asked for more fresh towels & sheets after 3 days & were informed that it would be an extra 90 euros. We declined. There is also a 300 euro security deposit which must be paid in cash on arrival. The directions to the property were vague. The Taxi driver could not find it.

− Helaas waren zowel de airco als het zonneluifel stuk. Best onhandig als het 3o graden is. Helaas hebben we onze borg ook nog niet terug ontvangen.

High-end, relaxing and perfect for a quiet break away from any nonsense.

+ Beautiful beach side penthouse apartment in the quieter end of town, so no loud parties or silliness going on... Perfect for me and two other gay friends. If you're looking for gay partyville it is not here... This is a more modest and very relaxing holiday area with the marina nearby. Fifteen minute walk into town goes past marina, gay beach and St Sebastian beach up to the Cathedral. We drove down from Calais with a stop over in Paris. Free parking available.

− You must be aware to take three hundred euros in cash plus 19.80 Euros local per guest AND 50 euro cleaning fee. The host was not happy with me wanting to do a transfer from momso to his account. The hosts do not speak any English at all. So discussing this was very difficult and quite stressful. Don't expect deposit back immediately

Unexpected costs spoiled the experience

+ Beautiful panoramic views, great location, close to Barcelona.

− Overall, unfortunately, we are not satisfied. We had to pay a 300 euro deposit on top of the cost paid to Booking. From this, they deducted 50 euros for "cleaning", which they did not tell us about in advance (and we left the apartment completely clean, we did not cause any damage). Plus I said in advance that I would like a VAT invoice, they told me to ask from Booking, even though it was they responsibility to issue the invoice. Finally we did not receive any invoices for the accommodation nor for the extra cleaning fee. The communication with the accommodation providers was incredibly difficult, they were not helpful at all. Even though the apartment was lovely, we would never choose this again.

+ Beautiful view from the balcony, it is even nicer than in the photos. Clean apartment, had everything we needed.

+ Location good for me, but for others may the location may be too far from those wanting to be closes to the busiest part of town and posh shopping area. For surfers interested in D'Aiguadolc Beach to surf, the location couldn't be better since you can watch all the surfers from the balcony.

− Didn't dislike anything, other than when facility owners require deposit, then Bookings.com should have technical support for facilitating such needs. I got my deposit back, but this is hassle for the owners as well as the customers being required to take extra steps to accommodate these understandable needs. So this is a feature request to booking.com

+ Location is good, apartment is nice size for a family of 4. Right by the beach, quiet enough, 20-25min walk into town along the beach.

− The check in was difficult, she was not helpful and did not have good response rate. Eventually a local helped and called her requesting we get the keys for check in. A cash deposit is needed, which took forever to refund. Communication from her and easier check in procedures is needed, as well as a cash deposit refunded back or transferred into my bank quicker than what it was.
