Bedingungen der Unterkunft

Informa a Villa Denia con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el Unterkunft. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Se pedirá un depósito por dJahre de EUR 300 a la llegada. Se efectuará en efectivo. Se te devolverá al hacer el check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo en efectivo una vez revisado el Unterkunft.

>Additional costs

There is a daily electricity and gas surcharge which has to be paid upon arrival.
Pool
Shower before entering the pool and do not use, do not enter with cream or body oil. There is an
outside shower to use before entering the pool. In the event that a strip of oil or cream residue forms
at the edge of the pool, there will be a charge of EUR 80.00 to cover the cost of cleaning.

>Gates

Ensure the gates are fully closed before leaving the property and they are kept closed at all times.

>Air conditioners
The rooms are equiped with air conditioners and also with ceiling fans. All the doors and windows of
the rooms must be closed, also the doors to the passage when the air conditioners are on.
Do not leave the air conditioners on when you are not at home!
We reserve the right to enter the property to turn off any appliances if the guests are not in.
Smoking is only allowed outside the property.

>Trash
Throw the contents in the bin regularly as it will attract unwanted bugs this hot time of year. On the
way to Denia you will find municipal containers. You can separate glass, paper/cardboard and plastic.
Also dispose of all trash and recyclables when you leave the house.

>Bathrooms
Things that should not be thrown in the WC: wet wipes, tampons and compresses, medicines,
plasters and dental floss. Better use the bathroom trash can to avoid clogging.

>Loss of keys
In case of loss of one of the keys we have to change the locks, the cost is EUR 180.00 (for each lock)
