Excellent Villa, very clean and had all we needed.

+ Great villa, plenty of seating inside and out with comfy beds and good amount of bathrooms!

− Took a little time to find it on day one, but the host was immediatly on hand for support via Whatsapp and we got there in the end.

Fajny dom dla większej ilości osób (my byliśmy w 8 osób) w spokojnej lokalizacji blisko plaży. Dookoła sklepy, kawiarnie

+ Przestronna Villa z dużym ogrodem, basenem, grillem. Dzieci się nie nudziły. Dobrze zlokalizowana w spokojnej części Alcudii blisko piaszczystej plaży. Super, że jest pralka i suszarka automatyczna. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wynajmowaliśmy dom poza sezonem (styczeń), klimatyzatory bardzo dobrze nagrzewały dom.

− Talerze kubki itp mogłyby być wymienione na nowsze. Były porysowane i brzydkie. Jeden garnek i kawiarka nie działają na płycie indukcyjnej. Niektóre meble wymagają wymiany lub naprawy. Brzydki zapach z odpływu prysznica w łazience na samej górze.

+ Todo perfecto. Casa muy amplia, cómoda y bien equipada. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes. El jardín muy cuidado y tienen buenos detalles como dejar toallas para la piscina. Check-in y check-out sencillo.

− Como únicos puntos negativos nombrar que hay bastantes zancudos por tener cerca un lago y que si sois varios en la casa a veces no llega para todos el agua caliente para la ducha. No hay gel ni champú.

+ The villa was good but needs a bit of attention in places... A few door handles hanging off, lights not working all over the villa..freezer door doesn't shut... it just looks a bit tired in places. BUT Carlos was very helpful and accommodating, especially when we requested a later check out because we had a later flight home. Broken toilet in top bedroom was fixed very quickly and shower leak/drain dealt with. Overall OK.

− Property equipment needs some attention.

+ La verdad es que todo. La ubicación, tranquila. Muy muy cerca de la playa y de muchas calas bonitas. Zona no muy turística. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, el jardín es espectacular. Ideal para ir en familia y niños. Coincidió con Tags de mucho calor y agradecimos mucho los aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones. Estuvimos en contacto con el propietario y fue muy amable con todo y con todas nuestras peticiones.

+ The villa is exactly as showed in the picture and in good shape. As our flight was late in the evening, Carlos checked the arrival of the next guest and with the cleaning team, so we could enjoy a late checkout. Carlos answered very quick to every question and expained everything well.

+ Big, spacious and nice. parking on the street is more convenient than on the parking spot near the building. Staff was helpful to fix broken kettle.

− in the description were stated that it has sauna, but it doesn’t. It is stated that it has a hot tub, but it was a hydromassage bath, which was super-dirty. we had insects that were invading kitchen every night.

Had a lovely stay at the villa. Would use again.

− Nets to keep mosquitoes out when the windows are open would be a welcome addition.
