There is no reception at the property. Guests are required to provide a copy of their ID card or passport in our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after reservation is made. The access code to apartment will be provided on the day of arrival once all required documentation has been submitted. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests Please be informed that our signature items (e.g. toiletries) are arrival amenities only, which means that they will not be replaced. Late check-out (after 10:00) is possible until 3:00 p.m. Please note that the cost of late check-out is RON 200.
