Muy mejorable el buffet de desayuno

+ El personal era amable. El parking de facil acceso,, aparcamiento y salida. Gut controlado por el personal La habitación con el baño espaciosa y con armarios grandes para dejar ropa y enseres

− El buffet del desayuno. Tardaban en reponer lo acabado y no había apenas en jamón, jamón cocido, pechuga de pavo o quesos, Las rebanadas para tostadas estaban endurecidas en muchos casos. El café muy mejorable y muy aguado de la máquina,,al igual que el zumo de naranja..

This was my second stay here and I still have a positive overall impression. • I really appreciated the staff’s availability and the hotel’s willingness to accommodate my requests. • A special mention goes to the receptionist Tarros (I hope I have spelled the name correctly), who was extremely kind, helpful and attentive. He genuinely cared about my stay and made sure everything was going well. • The cappuccino at breakfast is good and, overall, breakfast can be quite enjoyable.

I went down between 9:30 and 10:00 and several items were missing. • There were very few croissants left, and some of them were actually burnt. + Wygodne łóżka, dostępny czajnik i lodówka z minibarem. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodzi, ale chyba się wyłącza, jak opuszcza się pokój i wyciąga się kartę od prądu. Obsługa zdecydowanie na plus!

− Rzeczywiście słabe śniadanie - produkty nie były regularnie dokładane, a stoliki niesprzątane. Klimatyzacja bardzo nieintuicyjna, trudna w obsłudze i wiała bezpośrednio na jedno z łóżek

− La cafeteria i el restaurant tancats,sense servei de habitació .Sense cap informació prèvia. Pocs llocs on poder menjar alguna cosa. Eren les 4 de la tarda i encara estaven fent l'habitació.Vam esperar al passadís una bona estona ja que la cafeteria del hotel estava tancada.La TV no funcionaba.....

Comodidad y tranquilidad en el centro de Lleida

+ Hotel en excelente ubicación, a escasos 6 minutos del centro histórico de Lleida. Zimmer comodísimas con todos los Services necesarios para tu estancia. Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar si es necesario. Me hubiese encantado poder disfrutar del restaurante porque la carta tenía una pinta estupenda. Definitivamente recomendable.

− Por la noche fue imposible dormir sin cerrar la ventana. La habitación daba a un patio donde había un extractor de ruido insoportable El hotel está ubicado en un barrio de los más peligrosos de Lleida.
