Consistently reported as poor: filthy rooms, insects (spiders, ants), dirty carpets, peeling paint and generally not cleaned to standard.

• Servicio9,0

Mixed reports but several mentions of friendly/helpful staff (notably a bar staff member, Janet) and generally helpful front-line teams; a minority reported unhelpful or rude interactions.

• Ubicación9,5

Frequently praised as convenient for Hook/Basingstoke and described as 'perfect for what we needed'; location is a clear strong point.

• Habitaciones3,5

Multiple complaints: wrong room allocation, no windows or very small/poorly opening windows, no air conditioning/very hot attic rooms, noisy vents, small bathrooms and general wear-and-tear.

• Instalaciones9,0

Good amenity set when available: pool/sauna/steam praised by some, free car parking, hydration station and in-room fans; however several guests reported the pool was unavailable/closed during stays.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Some guests noted competitive pricing compared to nearby options (e.g., during events), but issues like double charges, lack of refunds and service failures negatively affected perceived value for others.

Several comments complaining of poor quality (bar food described as pre-made, supermarket-quality pizza, canned breakfast) though a few guests said food was 'ok'.

• Experiencia general8,4

Varied experiences: a number of very negative stays (cleanliness, heat, service failures) contrasted with guests who found staff friendly, beds comfy and location ideal; overall sentiment is mixed.
