Kategooriad

• Limpieza6,0

Mixed signals: some guests say facilities and rooms are kept clean, but multiple reports cite poor hygiene in food areas (fungus on fruit, damp bread), smoky restaurant and general ordering/hygiene concerns.

• Servicio8,8

Generally positive frontline staff mentions (named staff praised, helpful employees) but offset by reports of indifferent staff, managers socialising, and staff smoking while on duty—overall still above average due to several strong individual staff endorsements.

• Ubicación9,3

Strong positives: cliff/sea position, beach club, incredible position and stunning sunsets repeatedly praised; some practical drawbacks for families on multi-level cliff layout noted.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms described as decent and functional; facilities like water slides appreciated. Some minor room/bathroom issues reported (inconsistent toiletries mounted in bathrooms).

• Instalaciones9,0

Very positive: large pool, water slides, beach club with swim-up platform, included Starbucks/slushies and other on-site features well received.

• Relación calidad-precio8,6

Multiple guests call it good value or 'price-performance'—despite food/service complaints, many feel the overall offering suits the price.

• Comida y bebida5,5

Consistent negative feedback: poor taste and quality, lack of ventilation (smoky restaurant), reported damp bread and contaminated fruit, cheap processed meats. A few mentions of wide selection but overall food quality is a clear weak point.

• Experiencia general9,4

Despite notable issues (food quality, some service lapses, crowding), many guests report restful stays, will return, and highlight location, pools and helpful staff — net experience rated highly by numerous reviewers.
