• Servicio8,8

Generally positive frontline staff mentions (named staff praised, helpful employees) but offset by reports of indifferent staff, managers socialising, and staff smoking while on duty—overall still above average due to several strong individual staff endorsements.

• Relación calidad-precio8,6

Multiple guests call it good value or 'price-performance'—despite food/service complaints, many feel the overall offering suits the price.

Despite notable issues (food quality, some service lapses, crowding), many guests report restful stays, will return, and highlight location, pools and helpful staff — net experience rated highly by numerous reviewers.
