Sterling Yercaud ★★★★

Kategorier

• Limpieza4,5

Multiple reviews call out poor cleanliness: cockroaches, monkey droppings, incomplete room cleaning, replenishment failures (toilet tissue, tea pantry).

• Servicio10,0

Staff are repeatedly praised (Hari and others noted as courteous and accommodating; smiles and helpfulness mentioned). A few isolated negative incidents (rude front-office staff, slow room-service) are reported but overall service is described very positively.

• Ubicación10,0

Location and views are consistently highlighted as a major positive across many reviews (fantastic location, great views, serene environment).

• Habitaciones6,5

Mixed feedback: some guests report well-maintained rooms and good ambiance, while others report rundown rooms, small 'cave-like' spaces, broken fittings (lamp, screen) and poor maintenance.

• Instalaciones8,0

Venue amenities work well for events (bonfire, venue space) and the property has strengths, but guests note missing/limited facilities: no swimming pool, no convenient elevators for seniors, tea pantry/replenishment and baby-food availability issues.

• Relación calidad-precio4,8

Numerous comments flag poor value: food and F&B prices seen as excessively high, some guests feel the stay is not worth the price compared with alternatives.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Breakfast is frequently praised as very good or yummy; general food quality receives positive mentions, though several guests cite high prices, limited non-veg options and slow in-room food service.

• Experiencia general9,6

Overall impressions are mixed but often positive for guests focused on location/venue and staff (several 'amazing' and 'excellent' comments). Major negatives (cleanliness, value, room issues) are present but weighted against many strong location/service experiences.
