+ L'appartement était bien placé, au centre, spacieux, propre, bien équipé, literie confortable. Je le recommande vivement. Propriétaires tres aimables, à l'écoute. Ils nous ont attendus, bien qu'on soit arrivés un peu tard. J'ai beaucoup aimé Victoria, une femme tres charmante.

+ Fantastisk lägenhet med gott om plats. I köket fanns allt du kan tänkas behöva. Bra med svenska TV kanaler. Nära till allt! Fem minuter till stranden och fem minuter ner till Europabalkongen. Bra att det ligger i markplan! Komunikationen med värdarna fungerade väldigt bra. Snabba att svara om något är oklart. Jag skulle inte tveka att åka hit igen!

+ Muy céntrico y accesible. Tamaño medio, muy funcional, todas las necesidades estaban cubiertas. Zimmer de buen tamaño (doble e individual), baño completo y muy práctico. Cocina completa (lavadora y lavavajillas), tostadora, cafetera, vajilla completa. Todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El anfitrión se mantuvo en contacto para resolver nuestras dudas.

Un puente de Andalucía familiar

+ Un apartamento muy coqueto, es justo lo q necesitábamos. En pleno centro y muy cerca dl barco de chanquete, del balcón de Europa, etc.. Y sobre todo Chema un encanto d hombre, nos facilitó las llaves, nos hizo un pequeño Karte de los sitos mejores a donde ir y q visitar. Sin duda alguna volveremos y repetiremos.

− Que el tiempo no nos acompañó mucho, ya q queríamos sol y hizo mucho frío, pero por poner una pega.

+ La localización, muy céntrico. Limpio amplio y bien equipado. Gastgeber atentos y muy simpáticos.

+ La ubicación excepcional para conocer la ciudad en pleno centro, al lado de la playa, del balcón de Europa y toda la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Vivienda muy tranquila con todas las comodidades para pasar unos Tags, los anfitriones estupendos.

+ The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well situated within easy walking distance of all amenities. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and good shower. Our host was very welcoming and friendly.

− could improve by supplying some dishwasher tablets, a better quality soap as very watery. Unfortunately for us there was works going on outside the apartment door, which was noisey at times, We were not informed about it but it should finish soon and should be lovely when finished

+ Excellent apartment situated on ground level of central district just three or four hundred meters (4 blocks) from Balcón de Europa. Ideal location to reach lots of restaurants and shopping.

− The property it self was nicely updated and there was nothing negative to report. Unfortunately, our timing (last week of Sep./ first week of Oct. ‘24) coincided with complete remodeling of entire lobby which made for a noisy environment, however, the owners/hosts were not to be blamed for this situation as they had no control of Bldg’s management decision to bring in construction crews. In all fairness we are not detracting points from the overall rating.

WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE BUILDING WORKS IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX

− The apartment itself was fine. However we arrived to what i can only describe as a "building site". There were building works taken place in the corridors, we had a cement mixer and ton of sand outside our apartment door, it was crazy and an absolute health and safety risk. Very disappointed that we were not informed of these works before we arrived, we could have made alternative arrangements OR the owner could have offered us a discount due to the inconvenience.

This apartment is really great with welcoming and helpful hosts. Highly recommend it for couples.

+ The hosts were fantastic and let us stay many hours past our check-out time when they learned that my husband had injured himself and we had many hours left to wait for our flight. They also provided us with good advice re pharmacies.

− The lounge is adequate for a couple but not for more than 2 adults & perhaps one small child. did have to buy some bleach and washing powder so I could use the machine so a few extra things like this would be really appreciated.
