The location is good and the staff are excellent including the restaurant staff
My only complaint is regarding the air conditioning,despite two complaints to the front desk,each time I was told it’s working properly,on the second complaint they said that they would send someone up to look at,there was a slight improvement but it was still absolutely useless.

Rispetto al primo soggiorno abbiamo avuto una camera meno curata, bagno con vasca e tenda che puntualmente gonfia durante la doccia con fuoriuscita dell'acua sul.pavimento (infatti la porta è rovinata sul fondo per l'umidita'). Nessuna possibilità di stendere le cose ad asciugare se non al balcone cercando di legarele un pochino.

I have stayed in Nerja many times, both in town and in the various urbanisations. This year’s visit was to join my daughter, granddaughter and 9 month old great granddaughter for part of their holiday. They were staying overlooking The Balcon de Europa so the Mena Plaza in Plaza de Spanien was ideal – 3/4 minutes walk. Last time I stayed in town I paid a fortune for car parking so the hotel’s on-site deal, half the price of the ayuntamiento’s daily charge with the flexibility to move in and out whenever you want, was a real bonus. It is in a superb location, a bright and modern hotel in the centre of town surrounded by cafés, bars & restaurants and a two minute stroll to the main and peripheral shopping streets. The staff were excellent, the café/bar/restaurant with tables on the Plaza was great, the car parking a blessing and it even had a rooftop terrace with a small pool and bar. Oh, I nearly forgot, there is a Carrefour Express next door. It was excellent value for money and will be my first choice when next I visit Nerja.

Lage excelente y personal también. El parking está cerca y tiene un precio razonable ñ, 14€ noche por ser agosto. La piscina en la azotea una maravilla.
Tiene algunos desperfectos debidos al uso, sobre todo en el ase: bañera, Türen, etc
La ubicación es inmejorable, con la Plaza Spanien y el balcón de Europa al lado. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y la terraza con piscina y jacuzzi es una zona increíble.
Se podrían mejorar algunas cosas como aumentar la variedad del desayuno y que incluya bebidas vegetales para la leche.
