Das Beste del apartamento es la ubicación, muy céntrico y cerca de todo.
La primera impresión que te da el apartamento es que es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos y por otra parte, presenta una reforma descuidada y poco profesional, hecha a lo cutre.
El piso es pequeñito pero muy acogedor y bonito, hemos pasado unas vacaciones en pareja espectaculares, el piso está cerca de muchos recursos e íbamos andando a todos lados. La atención que tuvo el dueño del apartamento fue espectacular, estuvo todos los Tags atento, es una persona agradable, se adapta a cualquier situación y puedes hablarle para cualquier cosa que se necesite durante la estancia. Un 10/10 tanto el propietario como el piso, volveremos a repetir sin duda.
Läget är bra och trevligt med balkong.
Sliten lägenhet, dåligt utrustad. Hylla i badrummet hänger snett , går inte att använda. Lägenheten luktar avlopp, inga vattenlås på handfat. Det första personalen gjorde när vi kom var att öppna balkongdörren och starta fläkten i badrummet vilket tyder på att man var medveten om problemet med lukten. Inga batterier i fjärrkontrollen till AC
La ubicación es perfecta, todo cerca y cama muy cómoda, muy limpio
Le faltan algunas cosillas de menaje en la cocina, por lo demás todo muy bien

The location
Balcony door doesn't lock, burglars could easily reach the balcony. Block of flats is very noisy. Apartment could do with some updates, e.g. hob and cooking pots.
We loved the location Migue was helpful. However the electrics in the apt were not the best. The damp in the wardrobes wasn’t very nice. Migue came out in Xmas Eve to fix the shower it was not attached to the wall,we felt awful complaining as it was the holiday period and he does have family. The bathroom smelt due the sink not having an u bend to stop the smell coming back from the drains constant smell of urine. Also we could not really both have a shower on the same day. Due to lack of hot water.

While it has everything you need and pictures are accurate. A big plus is the washing machine. If you in to it a quite big tv with all the links like Netflix Etc The queen bed is ok, sleep well. the little balcony
However there is literally quite a few shorts. Basics ok but then... it fails in the details Starting with that getting proper directions to the place and getting into the place was like pulling teeth Then i was not notified that the entrance under went a reconstruction and at 8am the drilling wake you up The shower was quite small and the shower head has no hook so you have to hold it yourself The towels seem quite used (but clean) The bathroom has a bit a mold scent it didn't have warm water for 2 days since the boiler was unplugged...there seemed to be an electrical short, apparently the owner knew... for a 4 night stay there was half a roll toilet paper fancy led lights that do give atmosphere, if you like it, but were a hassle to switch off (takes 10 mins wait), And the clothespins to hang laundry on the line hang were there I just had to scoop them up from the roof below is And last but not least communication is difficult, besides no english (ok we are in spain..) but it should be timely (+24 hrs response is too long) So yeah lots of easy to fix details, but it clearly misses TLC
Nice apartment but soon to be much better as the host was planning to re-decorate after our departure.
The cooker was difficult to operate. A heater would have been nice as the weather was unseasonally cold.
The apartment is close to all amenities including the bus station and beaches. If looking for budget accommodation living among the Spanish community this fits the bill. Miguel the owner is very helpful, dependable and keeps in contact to make sure everything is ok. This is a big bonus.
Access to the bed was a bit difficult as it is positioned against the wall.
Central location, very clean, friendly funny helpful host, near to the beach and in between old and new town, on street parking nearby. Comfy bed, powerful shower.
We liked everything but could have done with two more pillows. We couldn’t work the TV but didn’t need it anyway.
